“Exceptional food in Gray! I have had my eye on this place since they opened up. Tonight we had Kitchen Roly Polies. Think lasagna. The meal was take-out with the opportunity to cook at home but they heated it up for us in the oven to take home. There was a lot of food. It came with some bread that had a really home made feel. I'm not 100% sure if they made it but they did make the giant lemon squares that will star in my dreams tonight. Nom nom. As if the food wasn't enough, the people who run this were really nice to interact with. I will be back. A lot.”

“I stopped by on a long morning drive. I had it pop up as on the way when I was planning, and I saw that they make their own English muffins. And BOY. This was SO much more than promised. I wandered in around 9 AM, and they had a pile they had just pulled out of the oven. They were still working on dough in the back. And as we talked, they told me they make their own breakfast burritos some days, too. And I'm glad I missed burrito day because I had to RUN back to my car to avoid buying 10 more muffins. I got a sausage and cheese muffin, and it was PERFECT. If you haven't had a freshly made English muffin, you gotta stop by and find out the truth: They're sweet, a little chewy, and so flavorful. It's almost a different food entirely from the mass made stuff. I was also able to just walk across the street and eat my food overlooking the ocean. And the area is really beautiful as well. I don't know. I'm back home after visiting Maine, and I'm definitely having flashbacks to this breakfast. I had to get up at 6 AM to fit this little stop into my adventure, and I wish I had gotten up earlier so I could've justified getting 3.”

“This spot was suggested by a local, as we were traveling from out of state. The manager, Jeff, was courteous, kind, and accommodating. The aesthetic was a blend of 1920’s and art deco. It was elegant and beautiful. The food was fresh, delectable, and beautifully presented. Our waitress, Lexi, was vivacious, flattering, and attentive. She made us feel welcomed and cared for. “If it wasn’t for Google Map, we would have driven past Misty Meadows. It’s not much to look at from the road, but inside is a different story. After we ordered lunch, there were lots of unique gifts, memorabilia and edibles to peruse throughout the building in themed rooms while our meal was being prepared. About ordering lunch, we were warned about large portions. My wife’s small salad was substantial. I went with the plain burger. The other end of the spectrum was a burger that must be half a foot tall. Our meals were well-prepared, no complaints. Menu tip: When you order a burger, you must order French fries separately. But then, toward the end of the meal, they served us a surprise slice of apple pie.”

“The oysters were fresh and delicious! The salmon tartare was mouthwatering and melted in my mouth. I wasn’t a fan of the large plantain chips they were on but that’s on my sensitive teeth. The onion soup was comforting. The lava cake was too small 🤣 and it paired well with the port wine. Definitely go and enjoy yourself. It is a pity that you can view the marina but it wasn’t a deal breaker for moi.”

“It was a little bit of a wait after ordering but the young lady behind it counter was excellent as she was pretty busy! I had a breakfast croissant that consisted of sausage egg cheese and sliced thin green apples which added a really good flavor and different there was also a maple flavor to it Don't remember what it's called. My wife had a ham egg and cheese omelette that she said was delicious. It's cool atmosphere and they offer something for everybody. Check them out and if you're in the area definitely go!”
