“We have eaten here several times before and had a great experience each time. This time was different. We were celebrating my son's 14th birthday, and this was his restaurant of choice. My food was a 4, my cook was a 4, and my particular server was a 1 (at best). I gave this review a 3 due to the fact that the manager apologized for our terrible service. We were a party of 9, and we were squeezed into a table for 8. A party of 9 equates to a mandatory 18% gratuity. (This is understandable since people don't always do the right thing.) We usually tip 20-25%, so this is not usually a problem for us. Mandatory 18% tip and a TERRIBLE server who knows there is an automatic tip is a HUGE problem. Our server took the order and was barely seen after that. Such a shame that one bad server ruined our entire celebratory dinner. :-( We will probably be back eventually since the food is good, but hopefully not with that server.”

“Great little place! Had been here 15-20 years ago, and the food is still fantastic. They have great meatballs (you can order 2 as an appetizer), and they have some of the best grape leaves I've ever had! Their pizza is also very good (I don't usually eat pizza crust, but do here)! We also enjoyed the gyros! The service here is good too!! The place is a bit cramped/small though, but definitely cozy!!”

“I visited the Ritchie Road location and ordered the Detox Island Green smoothie. I didn't like the taste and was in line and was approached by Clement, the owner. He was so kind and was walking and greeting everyone. He asked me about my smoothie and offered to get me another one. He took his time and walked me through the menu and made suggestions. He let me order another one! I appreciate the great customer service and the young and hard working staff. Keep up the great work! I’ll keep coming back!”

“Gas prices are consistently among the best around. With that being said, it's normal to encounter a long line at the pumps and at the register. The service and food are great as well. The restrooms are always pretty clean and there is a PNC ATM (2 of them) inside. If you've never had their BBQ Chicken Cheesesteak, I urge you to try it! It's my personal favorite!”
