“Update: I've been back a couple of times. Second chance at the shrimp was much better. Not sure why corn/potatoes/sausage didn't come with it this time? Maybe I didn't order the same as previous? Also had a poboy, not bad, but bread heavy. Almost couldn't taste the shrimp even though there was a good amount. Plus no pickles unless you ask? I've been here sporadically in the past and honestly this has not been my 1st option for seafood. Since my favorite steamed seafood place in the area closed, I'm trying to find a new place. Went later in the day, about 45min before they closed. Once a gas station it's now just a restaurant and convenience store. There is some seating but most people get togo. I've had their crawfish in the past and would've liked to have bought some this time, but it was too early in the season and they're expensive at the moment. I was here with a purpose, 1lb steamed shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage and all the butter. Also got the mama's burger. Booth were disappointing. I like that the shrimp were head on, and they were fresh and well cooked. But they needed more seasoning, like a lot more IMO. The burger was ok, just a frozen burger patty. The bacon was thick and crisp like I like it, but again nothing to write home about. At the price I'm not super upset either. I'd come back to try the crawfish again, people I know rave about this place. Maybe it's local tastes, or it was late or just me. Both of my favorite two local seafood joints closed within the past year, so take what you will with that. I'll come back before the season ends and compare crawfish with my regular places.”

La Norteña

Address: 224 Porter Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530, USA

Restaurant

“The food was great! Authentic as you can get in Biloxi. The service took longer than expected but the food kind of makes up for that. The restaurant is half restaurant half convenience store. The entire place has some age on it and could use renovation. Again, the food was pretty good.”

Restaurante.Guatemalteco.la bendición de Dios

Address: 1178 Judge Sekul Ave suit B, Biloxi, MS 39530, USA

Restaurant

Empanola Biloxi on Howard

Address: 1036 Howard Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530, USA

Restaurant

“This is a really chill spot with nice vibes. There is a decent selection of empanadas (from Asian Cuisine to Apple Pecan). The salad bar is pretty fresh, but I wouldn't recommend whatever Ranch salad dressing they have. The soup variety is decent and the one I choose was very flavorful. They also have a small freezer with some a good variety of imported (out-of-state) ice cream pints. The cashier was very friendly and helped narrow down the choices available so we were sure to get something enjoyable. Like I mentioned above, the vibes were very good here. Seating was comfortable and music was relaxing. Only thing to complain about was the available parking, but there is not much that can be done about it based on their location. I recommend this place and will be returning in the future.”

Armond's Rock'n Chicken

Address: 1052 W Howard Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530, USA

Restaurant

“My first visit was a great experience! Armond makes Rock'n chicken! I heard he sings very well, too. Thanks for being so nice, Cathy (spelling?). The place has a very cool vibe to it.”

Pug's Pizza

Address: 193 Porter Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530, USA

Meal delivery Meal takeaway Restaurant

“GREAT pizza and people! I'm not much of a pizza person, but wanted to give these folks a try. NOT disappointed! I will definitely be frequenting them. The crust is thin, and the perfect amount and quality of toppings, make this a pie that a non-pizza-loving-guy will be enjoying over and over! Check 'em out!”

MeatBawl's Foodtruck

Address: 1050 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530, USA

Restaurant

“This awesome sweet lady right here is amazing! I walked up (late in the night) and really wanted one of her Jamaican meat pie but unfortunately she didn’t have any ready but she could make me one it would just take awhile if I didn’t mind the wait. I told her that was fine and oh man am I glad I did! She made me one of the chicken meat pies and OMG it was so delicious!! All of her food looked amazing and I wish I would have come earlier in the night and got more to try! I will be finding her and trying some other food she has to offer!”

Parrish's Restaurant & Lounge

Address: Harbor, 217 Beach Blvd E, Long Beach, MS 39560, USA

Night club Restaurant

“Best restaurant on the Coast. If you are craving New Orleans flavor, Parrish's is on point. Not crowded, mood lighting, and Oldies music. The staff was welcoming, and the server was attentive. We ordered an appetizer, 4 dishes, and dessert. The portions were large and the total cost was less than expected. Highly recommend.”

Coterie Restaurant & Oyster Bar

Address: 300 Beach Blvd E, Long Beach, MS 39560, USA

Restaurant

“I really like the place. Maybe it was just what I ordered. The crab cake was awesome, the gumbo. Had a lot of oily film to it Tasted like burnt oil The jambalaya was overcooked. The presentation of all the food was very good. The atmosphere was terrific the waitress and staff I dealt with were awesome.”

The Almanett Hotel & Bistro near The Aquarium

Address: 1514 18th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501, USA

Restaurant

“Definitely a great vibe and atmosphere here for a spring break weekend! The food and drinks were DELICIOUS! Our waitress Que and food runner Jason were awesome with staying attentive to our party. The only reason for 4 stars is the long wait for our food orders😩all in all, I would definitely recommend and be back here again!”

Sweet Leaf Seafood Restaurant and Catering

Address: 1203 30th Ave Suite A, Gulfport, MS 39501, USA

Restaurant

“I ran into Sweet Leaf to see if I could use the restroom. The lady asked if she could start my order. I responded I didn't have time for lunch sadly, I have a zoom meeting in two minutes. She quickly handed me a menu and said she will get it ready for me and brought it out to the car. Customer service is above and beyond and the food is fantastic! Hight recommend 💯”

Sully's

Address: 1316 30th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501, USA

Restaurant

“Wouldn't know it from the outside but it's a nice restaurant and bar with an extensive menu. Had a solo musician the night we were there and service was excellent with our large group of 18. Everyone enjoyed their food and we will definitely be back!”

Los Kioskos - Colombian cuisine

Address: 1723 25th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501, USA

Restaurant

“I know nothing about Colombian food so I was really just ordering blind. The fried plantain they offer as you are seated is great. I’m picky on texture but I’m glad I tried this with the sauce. It wasn’t crunchy but soft and tasty. The portion for a lunch serving was excellent. The lunch Mazorcada as shown below came with 2 sauces and a side of what I would say is like apple sauce. The creamy white sauce was phenomenal!!! Like a sweet tasty ranch it went perfect on everything. There is no heat to the food but they have hot sauce if you ask. The melted cheese was real cheese not some sauce and the potato sticks offered a bit of crunch that was nice. The flavor of everything was perfect. I admittedly had to google some of the menu items but I was thoroughly impressed and will be back. Truly family owned and operated. Not a ton of seating and I’m sure it will get very busy as more and more people find this.”

Downtown Bistro

Address: 1307 25th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501, USA

“I've been here a couple of times so far, and I've really enjoyed both times! The food has always been delicious, and so far the drinks. Whether you want a nice place for lunch, or something a bit funkier for late night, this is a great place. It's cozy and quaint, and has a great atmosphere. I've tried all of their appetizers and they haven't disappointed. I can't wait to come back!”

The Magnolia Diner

Rags To Riches Of Bay St Louis

“Best bar & grill in Ole Town, owners are super friendly, the atmosphere is great, and it feels like it should be in the keys. Wings ,gumbo, and burgers are delicious. It's an older ,well-behaved crowd, and it's a perfect spot to watch your favorite sports.”

Murky Waters BBQ - Bay St. Louis

Address: 126 Main St, Bay St Louis, MS 39520, USA

Restaurant

“Wow! Lots of details to explain here. First, we loved it. Our favorites: the thick bbq sauces, the beans, the lean cut brisket, the pork nachos, the smoked-then-grilled meats (this is really the pinnacle of the place), particularly the wings. Fantastic!! The mac n cheese and fries were okay, but this was definitely my favorite food on our whole trip, which even included Memphis, so I'm impressed. Coke products. Our waitress, Shelby, was delightful!”

Indian Paradise

Address: 809 US-90, Bay St Louis, MS 39520, USA

Restaurant

“One word: delicious! We drove in from out of town to try this establishment. We like to eat and make Indian food often, so we were excited to find that there was a new place to try. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed it was clean and nicely decorated. We were greeted and sat promptly. There was a buffet; however, we opted to order several dishes and share. The owner recommended the honey cauliflower. It reminded me of orange chicken. It was very good and came with a cilantro-mint sauce that was excellent. We ordered Chana masala, paneer saag, veggie korma, and madras curry. We also ordered naan and papadm. I haven’t had papadm in many years, and I was thrilled that it arrived tasting as good as I remember. All of the dishes were enjoyed. We had a bit to take home too. The saag was some of the best I’ve ever had. The paneer was slightly browned, which added a nice texture and flavor. The restaurant was moderately crowded; it was encouraging to see people supporting a local business. We had a great experience and intend to return.”

Thorny Oyster

Address: 104 N Beach Blvd, Bay St Louis, MS 39520, USA

Restaurant

“We love this place! Here are pics from our most recent visit, when we sat at the kitchen bar and watched the spectacular meals being made by the friendly and conversational cooks. On this trip, we had a bottle of wine and two specials: crawfish bread for an appetizer - stellar! - and a giant soft-shelled crab atop Asian-spiced rice with chunks of lobster - even more stellar! Each dish was sauced to perfection. We watched as steaks were grilled, side dishes were sauteed and this beautiful whole flounder was treated so lovingly and the proud chef held it up for us to photograph. We've never had a bad bite here, and come back almost every time we visit Bay St. Louis. Two other dishes that we really, really love are the bouillabaisse and the fried artichoke. We often share that combination for dinner, because the servings here are LARGE. Even if you're not hungry for lunch or dinner, or have reservations somewhere else, it's great to sit outside and enjoy one of their handmade cocktails, and do some people-watching of the always entertaining tourists and locals on the main drag in this tiny seaside town. Put Thorny Oyster on your list! The only negative is that it can get very loud when the restaurant is full - and on those days, we just take an outside table.”

Cosmos

Address: 104 N Beach Blvd, Bay St Louis, MS 39520, USA

Restaurant

“We’ve been looking at this place for a while & I’m so glad we finally tried it!!! We went on a weekday around 1 & we were the only people, which for us was awesome. It was super kid friendly, they had 2 free arcade game machines, street fighter & pac man that kept him occupied while we waited on food. Our server Alexis was very patient & nice & even gave our son a sticker & a slap bracelet. The food was amazing, & me and my husband are very picky with restaurants in this area of BSL. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I got the Breaky Bowl, my husband got the Breakfast Smash Burger. Big portions & reasonable prices, most mains were around 15$ and drinks were 3$ each, with the exception of coffees (and probably alch). With how expensive waffle house has gotten, this is definitely our new favorite breakfast option in the bay.”

TBG That Boy Good

Address: 1100 US-90, Bay St Louis, MS 39520, USA

Restaurant

“Went to TBG since I was in New Orleans, I have been to That Boy Good in Oceanside, CA and so I thought lets hit the new one in Bay St. Louis. Food was excellent - ribs, pulled pork, sausage, mac n cheese and everything on the menu was excellent. Chris (GM/Co-owner) and Chef Mark (Co-Owner) chat with the customers and the wait staff is excellent.”

Bay Seafood Company

Address: 1248 US-90 c, Bay St Louis, MS 39520, USA

Restaurant

“Found the Bay seafood company while in town. It definitely did not disappoint. I got the Hamburger basket with a salad and the fried pickles. The hamburger was real hamburger meat and cooked to order. The fried pickles were delicious. My sister and niece got the Bay boil and steam which had shrimp, crab legs, corn on the cob and potatoes with garlic butter and spicy butter. They had only wonderful things to say about their platter and judging by only shells left behind it is safe to say they enjoyed it. They said the seafood was fresh and cooked to order. The staff was very friendly and treated us like family. Our drinks never got below half full. Very attentive and very sweet ladies. We have definitely found the mom and pop seafood restaurant that we will visit when we are back in town.”

Nae Nae's Memphis Style BBQ

Address: 103 Mitchell Ln, Waveland, MS 39576, USA

Restaurant

“The food was delicious. It took a few minutes to get it but I'm ok with waiting because that generally means the food is fresher. We had the brisket, pulled pork, and a cheeseburger. Also bought ribs and sausage for the person who couldn't come because he was at work. Can't wait to try that when we get back home. I don't eat bbq sauce but the folks with me certainly enjoyed it. I recommend you do what we did....we each got something different so we could try everything.”
