We went for churros and weren’t disappointed— we were even pleasantly surprised to find out that they have delicious cream in the center! The owners were super sweet and helpful, and they offer such a wide variety of delicious pastries! 10 stars for sure!”

Tacosburgh Southern Mexicano & Bar

Address: 3239 W Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216, USA

Restaurant

“No "Taco Tuesday" specials when I arrived but that's okay. I still managed to have a great dinner, selecting two tacos off the menu and including the rice and beans. Friendly service and it's an upscale restaurant. Brisket was tasty and loaded with meat. Like overloaded. Delicious and flavorful. Fried fish taco (well, we're in Pittsburgh so why not) was just a bit spicy and definitely enjoyable.”

Caspian Corner

Address: 663 Washington Rd, Mt Lebanon, PA 15228, USA

Restaurant

“Thank you for accommodating our big party yesterday! Amazing food and friendly service. Special thanks to Lachyn for recommending the dishes we shared with our guests from out of town.”

COLOMBINO Coffee & Cacao (South Hills)

Address: 3400 South Park Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102, USA

Restaurant

“A very nice, quiet, and comfy brew spot for your morning routine. Tucked neatly into a small, busy shopping center, you get a great experience with plenty of "people watching" while you enjoy their hot or cold coffees made from premium beans. You also get service with a smile, which is an extension of their genuine menu. Great job to the staff. I enjoyed my visit on 9/19 and again on 9/20. Try their Lattes and arepas.”

Moes fish and chicken

Address: 541 E Ohio St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, USA

Restaurant

“Service was good. Food was hot. They know to vent the take out containers so it stays crispy. Fries were really good. I call them the Good Fries.(not as good as fresh cut though) Catfish was very thin fillets. Mostly breading but not bad. Certainly not amazing though. The chicken tenders were fairly overcooked and mostly breading. The chicken nuggets were legit frozen from a bag which was incredibly disappointing. Catfish nuggets same problem as the fillets. Very thin. They were more like catfish fingers and was a pretty decent portion though. Their flavor was, well, the fish seemed close to turning. The coleslaw was honestly completely rancid. It smelled and looked rotten. We did not even try it after opening one. To round out the experience was the sauces. Packets of tartar sauce, cocktail sauce wasn't good. And, $1 for a 1oz cup of generic bottled ranch dressing.”

Ross Cafe

Address: 4846 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, USA

Restaurant

“I loved this cafe! It can get busy fast with limited seating/parking but the service and quality food will make it worth it. Prices were a little higher than other breakfast/lunch places around town but you are paying for the quality! Our server was very attentive and we didn't need for anything. The cafe was clean and stylish. The decor was very appealing to sight. The food was delicious to the taste buds and filling to the tummy! I will definitely be a returning guest!”

Eiwa Japanese Ramen & Bar

The Finer Diner

Address: 225 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210, USA

Restaurant

“I'm so excited to have a place like this in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, the staff and management are all extremely friendly and the food is right on point. And the pie!! I've had 3 types now, apple, choco coconut cream and pb pie. All made in house, and all absolutely incredible!! If you go, make SURE to get some pie (to-go, if you dont have the room to it in there). Have only tried the breakfast menu so far and it's been great. I also really enjoy their drip coffee too, it's smooth and has nice chocolate notes to it. Looking forward to giving the lunch menu a try down the line! So great to have this gem as part of our community!”

Fat Cat Eats, Drinks & Music

Address: 520 E Ohio St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, USA

“Wanted to check this place out based on the menu, alone. It did not disappoint. The patty melt and the fried bologna was fantastic. The mix of chips on the side made me smile. Mocktails we’re good too. We will definitely be back!”

EYV Restaurant

Address: 424 E Ohio St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, USA

Restaurant

“You must try EYV!!! It is absolutely one my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. My husband and I are quite picky eaters, but EYV never disappoints. Their food is creative, innovative, and has a “wow factor” that strikes from the very first bite to finish. Every dish has multiple layers of flavor and texture…you can tell there’s a lot of love and effort put into the dish. Their desserts and cocktails are incredible too. I took my Japanese parents, and they absolutely loved it. It is a vegetable-forwarded restaurant, but we always leave here full and satisfied (we are not vegetarian nor vegan). We love Rod, the server, he is always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!!”

The Sandwich Shoppe

Address: 822 Western Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15233, USA

Restaurant

“Ownership changed. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was meh. They didn't toast the bun and the fries are now thin like steak n' shake. The chef was yelling at people in the back and everyone out front could hear it. Sad, was one of my favorite spots when it was Allegheny Sandwich Shoppe. Servers were awesome as usual. The other food might be fine but for $24 after tip for a burger, fries, and iced tea you should be serving a top notch burger.”

Riviera Express

Address: 1213 Spring Garden Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, USA

Restaurant

“Awesome pizza!”

Starbucks

Address: 4 W North Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“Well this is really special. Most beautiful I've seen so far. Wooden tables, wooden seats with some of the comfiest padding! Big leather chairs! And a bar with a view of North Ave. Handicap tables too. Definetly my new go to Starbucks! And all the baristas are so happy to be in our neighborhood!”

Mexican Sazon Lichita

Address: 2102 Broadway Ave Suite #A, Pittsburgh, PA 15216, USA

“Best tacos 🌮 ever , I’m originally from Mexico and this is the closest to home it gets with flavor, if you are around this area try Mexican Sazón Luchita , I truly recommend them!!!!!”

Restaurant

Crave - Hot Dogs, BBQ, Beer

Address: 2401 South Park Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102, USA

Restaurant

“Came out for the grand reopening. The food was excellent but did not come out without issues. The staff were friendly and more than happy to rectify the orders. The menu is a little confusing and takes a minute to grasp but definitely enjoyed our food and overall experience.”

Fat Angelo's Bethel Park

Address: 5832 Library Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102, USA

Restaurant

“I heard of this place's opening through social media (Pittsburgh pizza, hoagies, and wing joints) and saw that one of the group members (a manager of the place, possibly?) was partaking in a lot of the posts so I had to give it a try. I was super happy I did -- the crust was buttery and crispy and the cheese had a phenomenal flavor; very nice blend. It may be my new favorite pizza place in Bethel Park, and I have tried every one of them. The staff was very friendly for the 2 seconds I was in the shop; oh, and I paid about $25 for 2 large pizzas with a topping on each (plus a little extra for the added topping I had on one of the pizzas) -- you can't beat that deal! Next time I'll leave a bigger tip ;) I'm very excited for this place and love the enthusiasm of the staff.”

SHABU SHABU JAPANESE HOT POT & GRILL

Address: 900 Providence Blvd Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, USA

Restaurant

Holy Cow Cooks

Address: 5017 Karrington Dr, Gibsonia, PA 15044, USA

Restaurant

JJ Panda Restaurant

Address: 1701 Duncan Ave Suite 5, Allison Park, PA 15101, USA

Restaurant

“I ordered dinner from this new Asian restaurant. I felt happy with the selection of foods on the menu. The cook very quickly made the food. My husband and I really enjoyed the cream cheese wontons, chicken on sticks, chicken with broccoli, and chicken lo mein. We thought that the General Tso’s chicken was slightly tough and that it tasted mildly spicy rather than medium spicy. I welcome this restaurant to the neighborhood, and I look forward to trying more of their foods in the future.”

Millvale Market

Address: 524 Grant Ave Floor 1, Millvale, PA 15209, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“This place is lovely and friendly. I've lived in Millvale since 2020, and the lack of a place within walking distance to grab groceries was heavy. I was SO happy when this market opened! They have fresh produce staples like tomatoes, apples, and garlic, as well as a plethora of gluten-free or dairy-free options for those folks who need those products. This is really nice because to get food like that you need to travel either to Market District or Whole Foods, both of which are a bit inaccessible unless you have a car. This little grocery store filled that gap that Millvale had, so I'm very pleased. Everything about it is a five-star experience, so I'd like to explain why I dropped a star; it's the prices. Some of the pre-made food options are pretty expensive. I saw a 1-serving portion of pasta for $8-10, which is a bit much. I know that the Millvale Market sources from local businesses, and since they aren't subsidized or supported by massive corporations, they have to price themselves appropriately (for instance, a BigMac would cost $16-19 without government subsidies!). I know people in Millvale are probably accustomed to the prices they see in the local ShopNSave, which are admittedly a lot lower. Millvale Market is playing to a younger crowd who likes organic food and local businesses, so yes, it is a bit more expensive. The food is tasty and the products are quality, though, and the staff is friendly and passionate- so I am happy to pay the premium and make sure they're successful. This niche needed to be filled quite desperately, and I'd much prefer to get a locally-made $4 (delicious) brownie than a lottery ticket or two cheap sodas. Wishing them success! I know I'll keep coming (especially for those brownies).”

Art & Soul Cafe

Address: 1125 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“A warm, inviting café with great jazz musicians and delicious food. What a gem of a place! Will definitely be back when we visit Pittsburgh again.”

Puttery

Address: 1415 Smallman St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, USA

Night club Restaurant

“We went to the Puttery in Pittsburgh to celebrate my bachelorette party and let me tell you, I’ve never had a better experience. The golf was hard, but I’m pretty inexperienced. The service, however, I cannot say enough wonderful things about! Jay was absolutely fantastic. Her personality and service for our group was through the roof. I would come back just to have her serve us again. The chef came into our room to deliver our food. The food? DELICIOUS! I would love to know how they made their chips and all of their dips. I could have ordered another set of it to go. The only downfall was that they were busy and the toilet paper was out, but as soon as we told someone they immediately restocked all of the stalls and thanked us for telling them. The vibes and service were immaculate here. I highly recommend!”

Island Bowls

Address: 1625 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, USA

Restaurant

“Amazing! The fruit was fresh and juicy. The owner was very nice. This place is a vibe and NEEDED after a workout. Side note: take a walk over the bridge as you enjoy your treat… beautiful❤️”

Dawong Kitchen

Address: 4140 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Brentwood, PA 15227, USA

Restaurant

“Food is good. Price is reasonable. I had had gyros from this restaurant before. Now it's new management. The new menu has Chinese food! I ordered a General Tsao chicken and a pepperoni pizza online and picked up. Parking is very convenient. Portion is good. The food total is ~$30. It's more than enough for two people. Will definitely go back!”

Carrick Bar & Grill

Address: 2122 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15210, USA

Restaurant

“It was a fantastic experience. Taste can not be compared in town for Indian, Nepalese food. Service made me feel like come back again and again”

Moonlit Burgers Uptown

Address: 1023 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, USA

Restaurant

“In town for a conference and had a hankering for a burger, but we ordered delivery to our hotel. EXCELLENT burger, one of the best I've ever had. I got the double. Fries were not great but that was due to delivery, we still ate everything! We will be back to Pittsburgh, it's a great city, and we will be getting Moonlit burgers every time. I wish I had gotten a Tshirt. Thank you for an excellent burger experience!”
