“Really enjoyed stopping in for an afternoon break. I had a black coffee. The roast was medium and was well balanced with a rounded toasty flavor at the end of each swallow. The pumpkin chocolate chip cookies were excellent and devoured quickly by my kids. We had the pumpkin spice and coconilla lattes. Both were very good but we all agreed that the coconilla was better in our opinion. We also had a ham, egg, and cheese panini which we all thought was delicious. Prices were very reasonable! We will definitely go back often!”

“I haven't been to Artic Circle in over 20 years. My half brother and I along with my 8 year old son had a sweet tooth and stopped in for a few shakes. The young man who helped us with our order was very friendly and made helpful suggestions. I was a bit shocked at $8 per large shake and $7 for the medium. Upon receiving our order let me tell you I would of gladly paid $10 a shake since the young man who took our order also prepared our shakes with an expert hand. My shake had Snikers and Heath bar in every bite right to the bottom of the cup to the last bite. The restraunt was clean and inviting and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and well mannered. The next time I visit Kemmerer I will definitely be dropping in to the Artic Circle for another comfortable great dining experience.”

“There are spectacular things about this place and then there’s the absolute worst things about this place. Let’s start with the spectacular, and honestly most important thing… the food. We ordered pepperoni rolls and a build your own pizza. Everything was fresh and hot and tasted great. The pizza is better than national chains and was very cheesy with plenty of sauce. Good enough to even chow down the crust. If you’re in the area and want a great place to eat in a nice clean environment, Millstone is your place. The service was also good and the staff quite friendly and attentive. Now… the worst. One of the selling points of this place is the arcade. So, yes. Technically an arcade is in the building. They have air hockey, hoops, and some skill based games. They all had power and lights and appeared to be functional. However, none of them actually worked. To play these games you need tokens. The token machine worked great! So we started off with the air hockey. The puck wasn’t the best but it did the job enough to find some entertainment. Then we moved over to the hoops game. One of them had deflated balls. The machine I used, the balls were stuck and wouldn’t drop. Next to the game we found some tokens on the ground and thought “score! Free tokens!” So we used them on another game but the controls didn’t do anything. Then we moved to another and the controls did something but the response mechanism didn’t do anything. Then we tried it on another game and it did absolutely nothing but take the tokens. We had about a dozen tokens left and went back to the air hockey table. That’s when we found out it has a timer of like 4 minutes. We couldn’t properly finish our last two games. That’s when we decided to leave the stack of tokens we got for the next sap who wants to waste their time and has aggravation and frustration to spare. If you’re going for the food, then have at it. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re going for any type of fun… don’t even bother.”

“My first visit since she moved to the Shell gas station by the Pizza Hut. The food never disappoints! This time I was served some very tasty fry bread with a whipped honey butter and a bowl of chicken soup. This came free before my meal. It was very good. The special Sopal was running was 6 crab Rangoon with a sweet Thai like sauce for $3. When I tore one open I started to be disappointed because I didn’t see any red, looked like all cream cheese. Boy was I wrong! They were filled with real real crabmeat! I couldn’t believe it. The ratio of crab to cream cheese was amazing. They were fried to perfection and not over done. The wonton wrap itself was the perfect thickness, ( I can’t stand a mouth full of fried wonton with only a little filling) For my actual lunch I ordered seafood tacos. She was kind enough to let me pick 2 different types of seafood. I had the Red Snapper and Shrimp. Both were amazing! Perfect amount of her sauce, avocado, and other toppings. I didn’t even investigate what was all in there. It was so good, it just went down the hatch. I subbed a salad as opposed to fries or any other starch. And the greens were fresh and very good. The bleu cheese dressing had chucks of bleu cheese, and there was a generous portion of bleu cheese crumbles on top the salad. Everything was very delicious! I will keep going back when I’m in Lander. My server was a nice young lady here temporarily from Colorado. She was very accommodating, kind and on time for everything I needed and wanted and did a great job.”

“I was at Open Range for my Birthday and was very pleased. I ordered the NY Strip and it was tender and cooked perfectly. At first I wasn't sure about he Roquefort cheese but it paired very well with the steak and I was very pleased. I had the Creme Brulee and it was delicious! “Small family owned restaurant situated in a house. Food is made by a Mexican raised woman and was served by her husband. I ordered 2 beef tacos and a side of rice, and my husband ordered the smothered burrito. Both were good. I liked it better than my husband as I found the food lighter (not greasy) than most other Mexican restaurants I gave eaten at. Everything is homemade. For me, the only thing I feel could be improved was the chips and salsa. The salsa tasted store bought and we were served a very small amount of chips. They have nice outdoor seating on a beautiful wood patio. There were also a few indoor seat. Overall, I would recommend.”
