“Everything was amazing!! Food was everything you would expect; perfectly seasoned, cheesy, and the salsa is bomb!! Saw some people complaining about the prices but I think they are fair for the amount of food you get. I got the Number 5 enchilada and taco combo and I barely finished it, so satisfying. The staff was very friendly and handled the order very well. One of the best parts of this spot is they have a drive thru so it's super quick. The Jamaica was also especially tasty. Will definitely be coming back!”

I had to look at the wrapping paper to make sure I was eating Carl's! The bread was so fresh, the chicken was thick, the green chili was chunky and the whole thing was perfectly saucy. It definitely got all over the place! I live in LA but am seriously contemplating driving back to Pico Rivera again!”

“We used to get delivery from the Anaheim location to the hospital I work at and it was always good. I’ve been wanting to try the pho at their restaurant and was surprised to find they opened one down the street from me. It’s a little bit hard to find parking in this plaza during dinner. The restaurant is still new so it wasn’t busy though. The staff were very nice. I got the rib pho and it was excellent. The broth was tasty went being over flavored with MSG. The ribs really fell off the bone and the portions were huge. We also got the garlic fries with filet mignon and the flavor was so amazing. I’m so happy to have a good pho place nearby.”

“Today was my first time coming here, about 3:30pm. It wasn't crowded for a late Friday afternoon. My niece and I were able to order right away and we sat outside. They have inside and outside seating and it was all pretty open. The lady who took our orders name was Kimberly and she was very nice and gave recommendations. I ordered the Veggie Bliss Burger, my niece ordered the Short Rib Grilled Cheese Standwich, and we ordered Stand Fries to share. Both of our meals were delicious and very filling. I barely managed to eat all my burger and my niece took half her sandwich to go. I'll definitely go back whenever I return this way again. I'm very pleased with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Even opting to sit outside, all the tables were clean and the area was ready and available for people to sit without a mess being there from prior customers.”

“Came here with family.. From the moment we walked in Kristina was engaging and helpful. We had there meatballs and Cesar salad. Meatballs were the closest to my own mothers. “So happy to have this place within walking distance. I tried carne asada, al pastor, and birria tacos today, and all three were equally good. Super fresh, quality meat. I've had plenty of tacos at other places where the carne was dry or the pork was fatty. Not here, all three were really good. They keep it simple with just cilantro and onions and you can add whatever you like from their salsa bar. The young lady at the counter was super nice and the tacos came (and disappeared) quickly. Price of 10.75 for 3 was worth it to me...and I'm a penny pincher.”

Anyway, got two of everything, ate one meal for breakfast and took the fairy to the magic kingdom of Catalina. I had a great time on the isle of dreams and stopped at West End in mid-afternoon. I ordered a coffee, took out my second meal and proceeded to pig out. I had a great time for next to no $. So for me, The West End was cheap and atmospheric. A perfect place to bring your own food.”
