Walking in, we greeted by the friendly staff, who patiently offered suggestions and helped us select our first-ever Jersey Mike's subs! I opted for the Big Kahuna Chicken, 86 mushrooms, because I love spicy food and it has jalapeños. The flavors of the ingredients really stood out and worked wonderfully together and I was very satisfied with my selection! We now understand exactly why Jersey Mike's has such an outstanding reputation among sub sandwich places. Everything was extremely fresh, and the textures were on point from start to finish. The only thing to remember is that there is no inside seating at this location. As a first-timer, I really enjoyed my experience at the Fair Oaks Jersey Mike's location. The authentic vibe, friendly and efficient service, astounding flavors, and value pricing all exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely look forward to visiting again. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!”

“We ordered the crab and shrimp combo bag, the garlic edamame, the ramen, chicken tenders and fries, 2 mechaladas and a strawberry smoothie with strawberry popping pearls. Let me begin by saying this is a brand new place and I understand that they’re probably working out the kinks, but the ordering system is kind of confusing not just for me as the customer but apparently for the staff as well. There were only two employees when we at their 6:20 pm Wednesday evening. Unless you have a solid 2 hours to go and have dinner this probably isn’t a place for you. The food was average which was disappointing because my bill was close to 200$ it had potential but the sauce had way too much of a sweet tatter, the garlic was extremely raw and I’m sorry but raw garlic is a vary unappealing taste, the edamame wasn’t cleaned properly it was covered in that fuzzy film on the outer layer and unfortunately the chicken tenders were way over cooked and tasted just like the oil it was fried in. The 2 employees seemed nice enough when I seen them the couple of times but they were extremely overwhelmed and it showed. Which I did find odd because we were the only people there at the time (myself and two small kids). The worst part was we had ordered a smoothie with popping pearls and it literally took 50 minutes and it was made incorrectly. I might return but I’m going to definitely wait a few months so hopefully that will allow them to work out the kinks and not serve people raw garlic.”

“We came for a late dinner, ordered the 12” chicken shawarma meal, there were 2 people ahead of us waiting for their food. Unfortunately we ended up waiting for almost 25 minutes, i thought maybe those 2 guys ahead of us ordered a bunch of food, but i saw them pick it up, they got the same thing we did, one each. When we did get the food, the fries were very fresh and tasted great, shawarma had a lot of chicken and it was clearly marinated in a lot spices, as it should be. The pickles were proper Middle Eastern ones, i loved them. I wish they provided more garlic sauce for the meal. One little container is barely enough for half of 12” shawarma… Either way the food was great quality, hopefully the next time we come, the wait time will be closer to 10-15min”

We got the Italian and sub the ham out for turkey. The bread is fresh and we got at the Mikes way 10 out of 10 recommend checking out this location. My husband and I got their spicy miso ramen - noodles lacked texture, broth wasn't rich, chashu was fatty and chewy, and they don't let you customize how spicy you want your broth like most places. Cute name but no bueno. Their plaza is also weird - there's no access from State College Blvd so you have to enter through the 'back' on Walnut Ave. For the price, go elsewhere.”

Ive wasted time driving here twice now and nobody picks up the phone and theres no explanation except that restaurant is temporarily closed despite google saying its open. Extremely frustrating, the food is really good but if only their system actually worked properly so I don't waste my time. UPDATE: Store owner reached out and gave me a call to apologize for the inconvenience. Very professional of him to reach out and make things right. Food is great, one of my favorite burger spots. “Doing my part to " Spread The Bird" The location may be in odd place(back part of an industrial park) but the food is excellent!! I tried the Deluxe spicy sandwich with pepper jack and it was delicious!! Big portion of chicken breast, not dry very juicy, sauce was on point, and the coleslaw was great Also tried the tenders and they also did not disappoint. Just enough batter, great crunch and also very juicy Waffle fries are also excellent Sorry Chick fil A and Canes but Bird N Bun in my opinion has both of them beat!!”

“Pretty good authentic noodle spot. They have a ton of options and you can see the kitchen staff making all your food fresh. They bring everything out as it’s made so things come out separately to ensure you get your food as fresh as possible. The food was very good and tasty. We liked all the dishes we ordered. We had a really great server who was very nice and helpful. He was always checking on us and was even kind enough to replace a broth for us when we realized it had pork at no cost. However a female staff that was bringing our food to the table from the cooking area was rude to us a few times. She would say the order but very quietly while wearing a mask so when we would say oh sorry what was that? She would repeat it but would snap it at us in a rude way and would just drop it on our table. It really threw us off how unfriendly she was which really left us a bad impression especially in contrast with our stellar waiter. Overall great place so only deducting 1 star due to the rude lady. The wait was not long at all, we only waited about 5 minutes for a party of 6. Plenty of free parking also available since it’s located inside the mall.”
