“Place is inside a food court. We arrived around 10:30 and they had all the vegan offerings still there. Everything was good. We got three vegan donuts and a regular one. Server took the time to switch what she was using to get the regular to the vegan donuts. Very nice.”

“I came 15 mins before they closed. I thought they closed later than 8 pm. It’s located inside of the food court. The employees were friendly. Good customer service. Food tasted great. I don’t know if it’s because I came in super late but my chicken to bread ratio was perfect. I read other reviews that it was off. In my opinion, it was on par with Fry the Coop. I ordered the southern style with southern heat. Just the right amount of spicy to make it enjoyable. Chicken was very moist and aperitive. It had the perfect amount of crunch. Mac and cheese was not bland. It was very flavorsome with mild heat. Banana pudding I took off a star because I felt the ratio of shortbread cookie to pudding was off. In the pictures I have, I had way too much shortbread and not enough pudding. It still tasted good but the ratio needs to be rectified.”

“I do not usually write reviews for anything, but enough is enough. I placed an order at the Chicago Taylor Street location in the drive through. A very simple order. Paid for it only to see that only 50 percent of the order was completed correctly. I had items that i paid for but didn’t offer. The lines were horrendously long and uber slow. I understand that Portillos plants to open 10 times as many restaurants, how. That would require you to hire individuals who can listen, get orders correct and read it back to customers. Best wishes with finding individuals who care about giving great customer service.”

“Wonderful food and very authentic tapas. The waiter was very, very nice and the atmosphere was lovely. To get to the restaurant you need to go to the basement, it was a little tricky since there was no signs at the front of the hotel in order to get there. But overall, a very, very good experience. I would recommend for anyone missing or craving Tapas.”

“This fast-food Indian spot is super cute! I tried the chicken kebab platter, and it was delicious, served with two sides and naan. The naan was fresh and flavorful, and the sides, especially the Chala fries, were tasty and plentiful! I also enjoyed the lamb kebab platter—the lamb was excellent. The restaurant has a lovely decor and offers self-ordering and outdoor seating, with plenty of self-serve condiments. Highly recommended for a unique and satisfying dining experience!”

“1st time here, I ordered a hamburger with bacon, medium-well. The burger looked good upon presentation, with the Cajun fries (*see photos), however, when I tasted it, it was raw. I let the server know, and he immediately notified a manager and placed another order for me. The manager quickly apologized for the condition of the food and handled it professionally by speaking with the chef and correcting the order. The manager comped my meal for the inconvenience of having to wait. The second burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were fresh. The place has a large dining room and large seating areas for big groups and a covered patio. Menu has a good selection of sandwiches, soups, and appetizers to choose. Lots of health salads and different sauces. The place looks clean with a friendly service at the bar.”

“Have been to smashburgers a few times but this is the first time at this location and this spot has the best staff and burgers! The staff were friendly and helpful, looking like they were enjoying their work, awesome to see this! I had a Burnt End Burger and the burnt ends were actually quite decent and juicy! The chocolate shake that came with it went down quickly topped off a great meal! The space was also clean and neat. Great experience here!”

“I came here with a group of eight people (keep in mind that the largest table seats 4, so larger parties will be seated separately). When we arrived we were told that their system was down and that they could only accept cash. Once we told them we could pay cash, the lady seemed disappointed and proceeded to ask us 2 more times if we were absolutely certain we could it cash. She then walked us halfway to our table and that was the last of our service here. The space itself is very fun and festive. The prizes, the robots, the conveyer belt, the plate counter…it all makes for a fun and unique dining experience! The sushi itself was good, not great. Is it the best sushi you’ll ever have? No. Is it good? Absolutely. There are tons of options it became a little overwhelming to pick and try. I do wish that the service was better and that the machines/robot were better cleaned. I felt gross touching them at times. Other than that, I do recommend and would return!”

“Why I was compelled to give5stars Bibibop Asian Grill is a great place to eat, earning a 5-star rating. The staff is friendly and greets you with smiles. The restaurant looks nice and tidy with outdoor seating available. They offer healthy options like tofu, black rice, corn, and noodles, which you can customize with a flavorful and easily searchable spicy sauce. The only downside is that the portions might be a bit small. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to enjoy a tasty and wholesome Asian meal It made my today evening special Will visit soon again”

But the waiter brought me old coffee, which is not allowed (the cappuccino I ordered had the foam left in the cup, which proves that the coffee had been sitting for a while before he brought it to me 🤯). They changed but he said the problem was the coffee maker🤦🏻♀️. The waiters did not take the empty plates in time. It’s not a bad place, but they need to work on the service.”

“If you’re planning on coming here, I’d say wait a few months. The place is brand new and they’re still trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t. Hosts and managers are friendly, however, we were heavily disappointed by the service. For a place like this, you expect a little more. We had to wait over 20 minutes for a server to acknowledge us and later waited over 45 minutes for 2 simple pizzas. Plus she kept forgetting things we asked for. I also did not particularly enjoy having to cut my own pizza. I can understand the fun in it, but they don’t even show you how to do it. The pizza was really good, and the atmosphere was nice. We definitely would like to give this place another try, but not in the near future.”

“I am so excited to have one of these in the area. I seek them out whenever I am traveling. Please do yourself a favor and order the Million Dollar Bacon. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I have had their breakfast items, salads, power bowls, and delicious entrees (shrimp and grits.... yum!!) and everything is so delicious. My personal favorite is the lemon ricotta pancakes, yes I crave them. And thankfully now they are so very close to my area!”

“Busy but efficient. Thats how they have to work being in the mall and having so many customers stop by this small location. Almost feel like someone dropped a large shed in the middle of the walkway and made a Starbucks out of it. That said the staff there was nice and the place seemed clean. Sometimes the lines stretches out the door so be ready. But a nice cup of hot chocolate they do serve (this according to my 5yr old). We shall return.”

“I’ve been waiting for a True Food to open in the suburbs. It was definitely worth the wait. Having been to other locations I can say that Oak Brook is my favorite location. Each time I didn’t have a long wait to be seated, the servers were attentive, and the food was served hot and fresh. There are options for different dietary requests. I eat plant based and I enjoy all of the vegan options on the menu. There are options and what I like most is the food served is based off of the anti inflammatory diet. I’m glad that there is a True Foods closet to me.”
