“We went looking for some good pho on a work trip to California and man, this place did not disappoint. The balance of spices and broth was so rich (bone broth done right!) Temperature was hot, like it should be and the vegetables were so fresh and crisp. We also got the shrimp rolls which were very good and cooked to perfection. We talked with the owner for a few minutes and he was so nice and friendly. What a great experience! Don’t slow down on your way to eat here, go!”

“New location! This one has the same vibes as the previous location but with a taller ceiling so it’s much brighter inside. I got their chicken salad (goi ga) and the wonton soup. The chicken salad was super fresh with crunchy cabbage, carrots, and mint. The addition of fried shallots and peanuts added a fun texture too. The fish sauce mixed with their fried chili oil was a killer flavor combo. The wonton soup definitely hit the spot on such a cold day like today. The wontons themselves had flavor and the broth really warmed up the body. Definitely coming back!”

They had 2 guys working on a Thursday April morning, so it wasn’t very crowded. It is almost right on the boardwalk so you can get it and go eat on the beach. We will be back.”

“Tried Thai 7 Bistro for the first time and loved it!! My wife and I ordered take out and enjoyed each dish. The Chicken Pad Thai was right there with my favorite pad Thai dishes I’ve had. The flavor was on point with juicy chicken, peanuts, and lime. We also ordered the yellow curry with tofu. Their yellow curry had a great depth of flavor with the creaminess of the coconut milk and a nice mild curry flavor. To top it off I got the Thai iced tea, always a great drink! The service was quick and friendly, our take out was ready in a quick 15 minutes! Highly recommend!”

“A Chinese Korean fusion spot for Jjampong and Jjangmyun. A small, clean restaurant that recently opened. I visited during lunch and got my childhood soul food - jjangmyun. I got the gan-jjangmyun, and it came with (many) huge chunks of raw, uncooked onions in the sauce, which I found difficult to eat. Mapo tofu was pretty good, but the bowl of rice that came with it was completely dry. The restaurant is pretty clean, and the service was attentive. It would be an ok choice for a quick bite.”
