“I ordered the jalapeño hamburger with waffle fry. It was amazing it was juicy and the right spice highly-rated.. The only complaint keep the server off her phone. Other then that 5 stars. I tiped the cooks they were fast about getting the order out and cooked right.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.4/5 In a place where dining expectations might be modest, Ichiban emerges as a champ. Surrounded by acres of blacktop and an unassuming exterior, the restaurant juxtaposes its exterior with a clean, well-decorated interior. The menu is familiar American-style Japanese with an array of rolls and signature dishes. A highlight for me was the commendable presentation and quality. A small caveat to my overall satisfaction was the overly salty fried calamari. Despite that, it retained its crispness and flavor. The staff is not only plentiful but also amiable, efficient, and ever eager to assist. Ichiban is more than just a pit stop in Evanston; it’s a delight that promises a pleasant surprise. I anticipate my next visit!”

“I swung by on a road trip to grab a to go order. I got the Heartland Steak Sandwich, which was fairly good. Cooked medium rare. I do wish the steak was chopped a little more thinly as I was pulling off large chunks of meat with each bite. The fireball onions sounded interesting so I tried them added to the sandwich, but wasn't my think so I took them off. Fries were good and standard.”

“We patronized Pancho's in Rock Springs on a fairly regular basis and were psyched when they opened a location in Evanston. We get dinner there about once a month and have never been disappointed in the quality or quantity of the food. Hubs likes to the get the mixed fajitas, I like to try different things, but every time, the food is served nice and hot and in generous portions. I particularly like that their flour tortillas are made the traditional way, and they offer red, green, and avocado salsa. The folks that work there are friendly, and the prices are reasonable. We're usually able to make 2-3 meals out of the typical carry out order (they have dine-in and drive-through as well). Several restaurants have tried and failed to make a go at this location, the former Wally's Burgers, but Pancho's appears to be here to stay. I got no problem with that!”

“Overall, decent. Something you'd expect for a quick in and quick out experience, like what you would want when travelling. The price was decent, the service was mediocre at best, and the food was fairly good. We only got their lemonades, which were okay at first, but when I got my refill, it tasted like bitter water, rather than the sweet lemonade you'd expect. The food we got was okay, slightly pricey for what it was but it was fair quality. I got their signature burger, from which I can say their sauce is really good. I wish there was more, but that's personal preference. I would have gotten some on the side, but the only time the waitress checked in was near the end of my burger about 15 minutes into eating. Not the end of the world, she still got me in time for a refill. My partner got their wrap. It was okay. Good for the price, actually, and they only ate half of it before being filled. When we were first entering, the gentleman who sat us down at our table seemed between 14-16 based on appearance and professionalism. He brought us to the table, put our menus down and was almost out of "thank you distance" by the time we were actually next to the table. Very fast paced and didn't feel super professional at all. Overall a mediocre experience. The impression we got from appearance alone wasn't met, but when we first got in to be taken to a table is when we knew what we came for.”

“For the people complaining that there’s no crispy burritos all the time, I work here and our highest selling products are the crispy burritos. We hand make EVERYTHING. We make everything ourselves. It’s time consuming. And we are limited to how much we can make and sell so we don’t completely run out of product until the next truck comes. We work our hardest and try our hardest to keep customers satisfied. When we are disrespected we bite our tongues. For the older lady who works the window with a loud voice, she has a hard time hearing and she is a loud talker. She isn’t being rude. We tell the customers what our manager tells us to. If she says it’s a wait, then it’s a wait. If we aren’t to sell any more burritos so we have some to sell the next day then so be it. You guys complaining about our store really have no clue to what goes on behind the scenes. We do what we have to keep the store running and customers coming back. We get really busy and run out of stuff a lot. It’s pretty hard to prep stuff when you’re constantly working with customers and completing orders. Also when the equipment is down, it’s because we have no cooling system and it’s unsafe for us to work in such hot conditions. So please be polite and take our well being into consideration when we explain why we aren’t using something. Thank you.”

“We are from Utah and were just stopping by for some gas. We are regulars at our Maverick back home and decided to check out this one. The gas prices were awesome and their window cleaners were phenomenal. Most gas stations smell bad but this Maverick was quite nice. Fave stars!”

“I used the drive-through today and ordered. When I got to the window, I reminded them what I ordered. The person tried to have me pay a lesser amount, and I had again reminded him of what I ordered. I did receive food but not even close to what I had ordered. This has happened the last two times. I called them and no answer.”

“I ordered from Domino's for the first time in 30 years. After reading some of the reviews here I was hesitant but it was too late in the evening to leave my hotel for food. Gordon took my order and it went very smooth! The pizza came and while I didn't particularly care for the 'Specialty' version I ordered there was nothing wrong with it! Changing to a 'Build your own' with thin crust, I'd order from this location again!”

“Why do any fast food when Paff’s is right here!!??!! amazingly fast service, exceptional quality. The chips and salsa alone I could sit and eat just them. Couldn’t resist a late night breakfast with pork omelette and strawberry banana French toast. Five stars all the way.”

“Came her 6/22 with my family. We like the dual restaurant concept with Tacobell and KFC under the same roof. The staff was patient and attentive, made sure our order was correct and prepared everything to our liking. The lobby and restrooms were clean and the parking lot and adjacent lot allows for big rig or RV parking.”

“Im a bit late with my review, i was visiting family in March 2023 we wanted quick dinner and went with pizza from this place. I dont know if i got lucky since i only tried it once but the pizza was amazing. Those pizzas were covered in so much sauce and cheese, the people working that night definitely made my night. Long story short im from vegas and no little ceasers in vegas is this good.”

“Great meal on a busy highway! Spectacular food and top-notch service! The waitress is fabulous and always busy doing something! Extremely efficient and friendly! The food didn't take too long and was wonderful! This isn't a "frozen patty" hamburger establishment!!! The food was fresh and tasty! Impressive menu and all the locals are on hand of what seemed like a common everyday occurrence! They know good food! It's worth the stop! There is plenty to look around at on the walls and cases full of sports autographs for sale! Enjoy!”

“It's located on the corner of 2 busy highways and easy to drive on by.....but you'll be sorry you did! Whether on vacation or just driving by, YOU HAVE TO STOP! You've "never" had an ice cream cone this "enormous" in your entire life!!!! Fun for the kids or entire family! Just a warning to be ready! When you get the first one, you'll realize you need to downsize for the triple scoop to a single! People we spoke to were on vacation, and another couple drove from nearly 50 miles away just to eat ice cream here! Incredible! There are lots of other menu items, and I will say, the pizza is excellent! I overheard comments from the locals about how good the sandwiches were! In addition, there's drinks of all kinds along with travelers' souvenirs! This business is full from front to back and side to side! Well worth the stop to see what you want or need! Have fun!”

“Amazing! I wasn’t optimistic that there would be anything for me at this place. My friends selected it. They were happy to make me a vegan sandwich and it was delicious. It was delicious! They were so nice/great about it. I hate being difficult at restaurants and they made it a non issue. Thank you!”

“This was a small town restaurant that had a big town restaurant quality. The food was great, the service was excellent and the prices fair and reasonable. They had a big selection from steaks, to burgers to spaghetti. Every dish that came out locked and smelled delicious. I had a Tomahawk Steak, which was cooked perfectly and I didn't break the bank paying for it. Then, the desserts, wow, very scrumptious. It is a family restaurant, opening at 11 and serves lunch and dinner. It also has a small bar, which is where I sat, which explains why I saw all the dishes come out. I highly recommend the Kettle Restaurant to anyone wanting a good and delicious home cooked meal.”
