“This is a really good Mexican restaurant and our server was amazing. I felt small in there, because the tables are huge and the food portions are twice what I’m used to. Haha. But seriously, the portions are big as they load a lot of food on your plate. The enchiladas are really good and they have kid options too which was great for our little ones. I ordered the pistachio aqua Fresca and it was really sweet and had a bright, mint green color. Sort of in theme with Roswell and the green aliens I guess. This place is really good and you get tons of value eating here. I recommend this place if you’re in Roswell.”

“I came in today not having a clue what I wanted. Lily greeted me with respect, patience, and knowledge. She let me know what the specials were and she helped me make the right decision for my family's budget. Lily needs a raise. She was the only person that I dealt with from start to finish. Thank you Lily.”

“El Vado RV Park has a DINER!!! El Vado Diner! They are getting their feet under them and lots of plans for future additions! You will not be disappointed in the portions! The Friday night special of Fish and Chips arrived to the table with THREE huge, in-house battered cod, potatoes and slaw for $15. Marlo (El Vado Diner's chef) greeted us and brought our water, we didn't know he was the chef until we asked who prepared our yummy meal and our server told us. It is exciting to have a restaurant OPEN for dinner in northern New Mexico (Tierra Amarilla/Chama area) and judging from the number of customers on this visit, so are A LOT of people! Another customer told us they came in for lunch earlier in the week and the burrito was outstanding! Definitely looking forward to the next visit! El Vado Diner is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, be SURE to check them out for a date, when company is in town or you're just hungry!”

“Juno had the BEST vibes & I’m so happy that they’re present in our community! Are you kidding?! A local brewery? Yes, please! The Manager is the most gorgeous person EVER - always has the best/most positive attitude as soon as you enter this establishment. Not to mention to the positive/inviting attitude of ALL staff - from bartenders to the cook(s). Everyone has always greeted me (from day 1) with the biggest smiles & the best energy imaginable. Despite these traits being a “requirement” of businesses, all owners/staff have gone above & beyond, therefore, I’ve made this my regular spot to frequent. 10/10 Quality customer service 10/10 Receptiveness to improvements (ideas from locals) 10/10 Invitation/Welcome(s) Overall: 27/10 ⭐️ Stop by & you won’t be disappointed to make Juno your regular after work/weekend drop/in and or regular hangout ”

“The pickles were good. This is what my turkey sandwich looked like after I got it with no cheese or tomato. The mushroom and sausage soup tastes like it came from white gravy. I’m glad I tried it out though. I like giving east mountain local businesses a shot.”

“Great place for breakfast/brunch. Local spot that is very consistent especially for the Steak and eggs that I order. Coworkers consistently mention the salsas are the hottest so if your into heat, do so. The same chefs all the time and very attentive to your cup of coffee. Great price point and HUGE PORTIONS!”

“The staff there at k Pollo we're absolutely amazing. They were smiling and friendly. They brought their (A) game for customers. The flavors of the meats where savory to the taste. A true culinary delight. With one exception. The meats where little dry. The prices where reasonable compared to the amount of food you received.”

“We are from Oklahoma, here to visit some caves & enjoy the views. Made a random stop in this small town.. Choose to dine here because of the reviews on Google, and I have to say they were not lying. I 10-10 recommend. The food was amazing exactly what we had hoped for, service was fast & price great. Only negative is- please be sure you put napkins in the bag. 🤦♀️ if we are back we will definitely visit!”

“I ordered an Asada enchilada plate (Red sauce) and a side of Mexican rice no beans. And a large Horchata to drink. The food was very delicious, top quality. And the red sauce that came with the enchiladas, omg 😍😩🤌 I am not just saying this but probably the best enchilada sauce I've had, it made the entire plate for me. As for the Horchata also very delicious, and definitely tasted authentic and house made. 10/10 highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine.”

“Busy for a grand opening but the line moved along. Has been a long time since visiting a Lotaburger. The burger was very good and fresh. Had green chili on my burger and was pleasantly surprised with the heat and flavor!! The tenders were also fresh and hot. The breading on the tenders is a bit thick but still delicious. Ordered the seasoned fries and they were fantastic!!!! The strawberry shake was also very delicious. Glad to have this option here and look forward to many more visits.”

“Roosy's Pizza was a pleasant experience for me. We tried the chicken and vegetarian pizzas, and they were both quite flavorful. The crust was well done, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. With their delicious crunch and luscious taste, the chicken wings were the ideal accompaniment. The warm and welcoming ambiance was what really made Roosy's unique. The dinner experience was quite cozy, as though I was being welcomed into someone's home. The friendly welcome of the personnel heightened the sense of being among friends. Finally, a glass of wine completed the meal flawlessly. In addition to providing a wide variety of options to suit my palate, Roosy's Pizza provided a memorable atmosphere that enhanced the entire dining experience.”

“This place use to be a bar n grill for all the bikers passing thru but it’s been at least 10 years since then, it has changed but the food tastes just as good. The green chile cheeseburger is what, gets me. We also got a strawberry and a chocolate shakes to go, they were so good after the burgers. Can’t wait to try their pizza and their beef fajitas, which is new, I think! They also had a salad and soup bar. Just an all American diner. Service was great and the atmosphere had changed but over all it was a nice change.”
