“I drive a semi truck and I drove through Brownsville and wanted waffle house. When I walked in, they were opening the door for me telling me good morning welcome to Waffle House. I just got a wow experience because I never seen this at any waffle house. I would definitely go back to this location. And the Customer Service was perfect. “I had two meals at Ember and Elm and they were both delicious. The oatmeal was yummy and was a great choice for a light meal. The continental brekkie was also delicious and was packed with all kinds of great options. The menu also includes tons of other options, there just wasn’t enough time to make taste them all. My cousin order the avocado toast and it was delicious and came with two huge pieces of toast loaded with avocado and delicious toppings. My favorite thing about Ember and Elm were the employees. During our first meal we had Noel as our sever and he was very friendly and welcoming. During our second meal we had Amanda as our server and her and the hostess Syd were hysterical. They drew us a picture of a cow we when asked for a cows worth of creamer. Next time I stay at a Dollywood resort I will definitely be visiting for the friendly service and to try other menu items.”

“Open just two weeks ago and everything our party of 12 experience was nice. The restaurant is having waiting all day like from 4pm -11. No reservations. Half your party must be present to sit. We waited about 40 minutes around 5:45 on a Saturday night. Lots of seating indoor, out door and at bar. Server got menus and drinks pretty quick. Apps came out quickly ( having expediters helps with all the volume) dinner came and nothing that I know of, of the 12 dinners came out wrong, everything was great. Our people were very happy…. “Look at this thick tender burger perfectly cooked, yum hot fried. This Philly is fantastic! Have you all seen then the size of my nachos” portions sizes were huge and really had great price points. Our server was great and all enjoyed our food and had a great time .”

“Decided on Harper’s as our location to celebrate a recent engagement and elopement! Harper’s made our occasion so special. Our server, Brady, was so wonderful and knowledgeable! We enjoyed the beef Wellington potstickers, 8oz bison, and lobster ravioli! The cocktails and champagne were amazing as well! Overall, could not have asked for a more special experience! “The best meal in Grainger County! We came for the special one Friday evening and left stuffed, happy, and looking forward to coming back. The food was excellent. I have to mention the fried feta cheese appetizer, as I’m pretty sure it’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I had their daily special, which really was SPECIAL! Half a pineapple filled with lime rice, hand battered butterfly coconut shrimp, Hawaiian sirloin kebab with steak, onion, and pineapples, a grilled and butter Hawaiian roll, crab salad, and some Pina Colada sauce for dipping. It was fantastic! Our waitress was very attentive and took wonderful care of us. We will be back!”
