“Wow! This not your usual smokehouse or Chinese BBQ place. It is amazing *if* you like MaLa spice. This was our first time here and we got a few things to try (and loved them all!). First, we got some quail eggs - deliciously smoked. Probably the most traditional and expected taste of them all. Wonderful. Next, smoked sliced lotus root. They are dark and moist, but crispy and delightfully MaLa, just a little numbing, again, wonderful. Lastly, we tried one of their green peppercorn chickens. These are small, dark birds, but what flavor! I was speechless as I ate my first leg and thigh. What an amazing flavor, unlike anything I’ve ever had before. My wife couldn’t stop praising it and I couldn’t find words. There are so many more things to try, we will be back again (steamed dumplings next!). The woman who helped us was so bright and kind and was very patient with us as she answered all our questions. Be brave, try a small amount of one of their many dishes and you will be coming back too! (sorry no pix of the chicken, we ate it before I thought of writing a review) UPDATE: Feb 2, 2024 Stopped in for lunch and got a bunch of stuff! This is our third visit so I thought I’d do an update. Today we tried some of their bread food and the chicken soup. Shepherd’s Purse and pork steamed dumplings. Disappointing. Our homemade ones are much better and Kingberg Kitchen up the road are also much better - you can actually taste the veggie. They are also very small. Pork and Green Onion Bao. Tasted very good and were very juicy, but . . . No green onions Chicken Soup. Best dish on the table! Rice noodles were well cooked and the broth was very good. I had two small bowls but then it started to get too salty for me. Overall, just ok today. Not everything on the printed menu is available every day, so be prepared to be disappointed! I still think it worth a visit as this type of food is very good and hard to find.”

“This is my first time coming to this location. My girlfriend, mom and I really loved what we got, always delicious crepes, service is super fast and the guys are super friendly and nice, I had an issue while selecting my crepe, and one of the workers was so kind, he came out to the front where the screen is to place orders and he helped me out. Highly recommend this dessert shop or any of their locatios. Newest one is in Little Tokyo. I'm looking forward to try the savory crepes . Give it a shot when craving for dessert is really worth it.”

They have different sets and each have their own special items and prices. I suggest to go with Silver and work your way up. The silver set is already very good and satifying. “Don't come here if you are seeking authentic. First time here and last. I'm Samoan and eat Indian and Pakistani on a regular. This place was so far from flavor and spices! I ordered vindaloo and the cashier recommended Rogan Josh. Both dishes were basically made with the same sauce. No flavor, no spice, nothing! They use too much yogurt for their sauces. The yogurt to spice ratio is not good. Friendly cashier but that's about it.”

“I simply love this pizza. I ordered the pepperoni with extra red sauce. It is best when you have it when it’s hot. However, it reheats very well in the air fryer. The staff are extremely friendly. I’d recommend requesting a side of the garlic butter sauce. It may come solid but the few seconds in the microwave should work. I don’t mind driving the distance to get it! Recommend: -All you can eat pizza for the lunch special -Thin crust was amazing too - Pepperoni and mushrooms was terrific - Garlic Butter Sauce on the side”

“This is my second time visiting Conspiracy Cookie and I'm addicted! The Keto cookies are the best Keto cookies I've ever had! MUST try. They are smaller than the other cookies, but they are still huge! Before I started Keto 3 weeks ago I tried their chocolate chip cookies, Peanut butter and another one and they they were good. But now I come for the Keto only. Today was my lucky day! Usually they sell 1 Cookie for $4, 3 for $10, etc (because they are ginormous, heavy, thick and delicious)! But TODAY Thursday, March 25th the special is 5 cookies for $10! Keto cookies have 3.1 carbs depending on the cookie. It's worth the drive from wherever you live, they are baking cookies all the time and so they are soft and fresh. The girls are helpful and nice and give great customer service! Give it a try, you will be hooked!”

“Small little ramen house. We walked in a little past 12:30 on a weekday and the place was pretty slow, so we got food pretty fast. Food was generally good, but… Tonkatsu Ramen Broth is my thing… and the broth here didn’t really feel like 18-hour boiled bone soup, and kinda greasy. As toppings, there were 2 chasu pieces, spinach, bean sprouts, eggs (could have been marinated longer), and dry nori. Just OK. Takoyaki Octopus balls looked SOO good. Topping looked great and it came out hot and smelling delicious. Unfortunately it was very batter heavy (though the batter was tasty), with very small portions of octopus inside. Rice w chasu Definitely tastier chasu than the one in the ramen (sad, since it is, after all, a ramen house). And deliciously seasoned. My favorite dish here. We made a mess with the water (sorry!) cuz the water container top fell off. Remember to hold on to the lid when pouring water.”

“On my way to meeting and mapped restaurants in the area. The higher reviews brought me here, and it was a great decision! I got the Costa azul plate, I ate it all - generally I don't finish beans and rice, but they were that good. I ordered a shrimp taco too, OMG - will come back to explore the shrimp and gobernador. The batter on the fish taco was amazing! Well now I'm having the coco flan...never had one before...it's awesome. Despite so much I've just eaten, the food hasn't been heavy. They're using great ingredients”
