“This was our first time coming to the Red Fox and we were extremely impressed! The building and decor have so much thought put into the design and coordination. There was plenty of seating and apart from the bar the tables were all wheel chair accessible. I also love that the tables are spaced apart well so it does not feel cramped at all. We tried the pimento cheese skillet to start and I’m honestly obsessed, it was perfect! For entrees we tried the smash burger with seasoned fried which was cooked perfectly and not at all dry. We also tried the chicken tenders with grilled veggies which were delicious and the ribs with mashed potatoes that were perfectly tender. Service was great, our server Allison was attentive and polite. Some of the reviews complaining about wait times really need to consider that this was their opening weekend, they were packed open to close and it’s Memorial Day weekend as well. Overall a great experience!”

“Went to lunch today at the new copper kettle. Wish Mayflower was back . One there prices are off the hook . Way to expensive for what you get . And they put way to much salt in there batter . Even a heavy salt users would say it's to salty . Because I don't use salt . Friend order 2 chef salads to take home . And they were only the side of other restaurant side salads . Way way to small for the price and you have fix it off the salad bar. .Instead of the cook making them for you . It was disappointing but will give them another try in a couple months . Let them get there cooking down . And the shrimp and oysters I got were really oily .Not drained well . Gease plate when done . Mac and cheese real watery . Not much favorite. Okra was the best thing I had for lunch . Tea was fare . Old tasting . Sorry for the harass review Copper Kettle but for just opening thought things should have been a lot more practiced has far as cooking goes .”

Shrimp were plump and fried to perfection, house smoked wings were fall off the bone amazing, chicken tenders were huge and juicy. Our appetizers were phenomenal as well. We had onion rings which were great and the sauce was tasty. My favorite was the hushpuppies with sweet tea honey butter. Portions were great! Fries were uniquely cut and wonderful too. Sides of baked beans and Mac n cheese did not disappoint! We will be back. The wings didn't stand a chance for a picture!”

“This is hands down the best meal we’ve had on the boardwalk lately. Delicious food and wonderful service. Fried chicken sandwich was amazing, they actually use fresh chicken, not precooked frozen patties like most places. My oldest got the smash burger and said it was the best burger he’d ever eaten and despite only being 9 he knows his stuff. We will definitely be returning!”
