“This is a new established in town. Glad to see this. So I decided to give it a shot. As you walk in the door there is a sign that reads, "counter service only". A little confusing because my instant thought was that you purchase your food and don't have the ability to dine in. I've never seen that on a business. My wife and I tried two sandwiches. The OG and the chicken steak sandwich as well as two orders of fries. I believe the fries are seasoned. They are fantastic. Crispy and seasoned perfectly. The OG seemed very dry. Like it was made with lean meat or over cooked. The whiz seemed like it was all on one side of the sandwich and the other half was dry. The grilled onion seemed a little less cooked as most places. It's definitely a heaping sandwich though. The chicken steak was to die for. Everything about it was perfect. The flavor, tenderness, appearance, and texture. I have no quams with this sandwich. Also a heaping sandwich. Will have this one again. The customer service experience was decent. I was greeted by a woman that answered all my questions. She knew the options well. The other employees come out from the back and two of them seemed to want to goof off a bit. Hiding rubber ducks around the restaurant. Very interesting. As for the environment I would only change on things. It needs sound. It is pretty much dead silent in there while they aren't cooking. Music or something needs to happen. All in all it was a decent experience. You get what you pay for and I'll be coming back again to try more menu options. See you guys soon!”

“I still enjoy Starbucks but I do prefer Scooters that's my preference, the staff here is very friendly and listens to exactly what you want and always gets it right, as far as price it's really no different than paying for coffee at Scooters or Dunkin donuts”

“My husband surprised me for a trip there for mother's day. I went to culinary school so I usually prefer cooking at home to going out, but this was a place I had talked about trying, if only because there aren't enough fine dining places in West Des Moines. We took my 7 year old with us. She was (as usual) ridiculously well behaved and used her manners. The staff noticed this, addressed her directly, and handled her usual chattiness with grace and understanding. We were greeted warmly immediately upon entering and I was given a very good glass of wine. We had a reservation, but it was crowded so we expected to be waiting a bit for a table. Not at all. We had time to inspect the wine wall and see a few interesting wines before we were called for our table (5 minutes maybe). We were on the patio which was very nice until it started raining. I might suggest some clear drop down tarps or something for over the screened windows. However, the staff immediately began helping people move things to tables just a bit farther from the windows. They replaced things that had gotten wet, and were really attentive. No complaints (in fact everyone there commented on the quick and understanding response.) The food was fantastic, cooked extremely well, and very balanced. We had the calamari, which all 3 of us devoured(it wasn't rubbery at all which I know from experience is very difficult to achieve), and the lobster bisque, which disappeared quickly and was very flavorful. We liked that there were different textures rather than just blended to oblivion. Husband had the mother's day special (and shared w/ me as I couldn't decide between 2 things). I had the short rib risotto (and shared w/ husband and child). Clean plates all around. The wine pairings were great choices and really brought out the different flavors. Husband also joined the wine club so that I could do wine tastings with my girl friend and we could get away for a bit. Haven't tried that yet. All in all experience was 9/10, but since the rain can't be controlled I'm giving the restaurant and staff a full 10/10. Highly recommend.”

“Wife and I went to TNT's Tacos and Tortas in Clive. Hadn't been there since they remodeled (formerly Agave). Fairly busy at lunch time, quite a few carryout orders. Anyway, had the Carnitas torta and mango drink and wife had the Pollo torta. Excellent as always! Have already been to the new one in Clive. Also had a Carnitas street taco. Be sure and visit their website or download TNT's app, as you can get signed up for their rewards program. Wife had used her $5 off b-day coupon, sent in email. Give them a try!!”

“This was. My first time eating here and I can’t wait to go back!! Everything was amazing, the staff, the food, the atmosphere and I don’t know what else to say, except I highly recommend going them a try!!! My brother had the mushroom and Swiss, my sister in law and nephew both had the barbecue bacon cheeseburger and I got a huge tenderloin. I also got my husband a pizza burger to go and he loved it!!! Their fries and onion rings are both really good too 😊”

“It was Saturday, May 4th, 2024. My son and I are training to ride the Katy Trail. This is our first time bike packing and we chose the Raccoon River Valley Trail for our maiden voyage. We had just completed the detour between Redfield and Linden (the trail was being being replaced with new concrete). We arrived in Panora and saw Pedal-in. It was 2:58pm when we made it to the door. On the door is a sign "closing at 3:00 pm". We walked inside and asked how firm the time was because we had ridden from West Des Moines and had planned on eating here. A woman stated that she did not mess with cyclists and that she would feed us. It was our lucky day. We both had a cheese burger with curley fries and it was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing with a modern yet 50's feeling. Highly recommend visiting this establishment. Thank you for caring for the cycling community. I hope you know how much we appreciated your establishment and especially you and your staff for feeding the two of us. This stop in our adventure is one of the best highlights that we talk about and tell others about.”

“Took the family to dinner, and it did not disappoint. The murals, booths, and tables are gorgeous! It's really something to see. Our waiter was prompt and quick and very polite. The food came out very quickly, fresh, warm, and full of flavor. We ordered dessert, and unfortunately, they had not yet got in supplies to make what we originally wanted. The host came over and apologized quickly. She did a good job explaining the other options to my kids. They ended up enjoying fried ice cream and churros, both were excellent. They also enjoyed the kids enchilada and quesadilla, both were a good size for kids, but more so for probably 10 and under, though it's labeled as for 12 and under. I had the Bandera burrito and it was delicious. The guacamole that came with it was probably the best I have ever had. Prices are spot on with other Mexican restaurants in the area, but the bonus was it wasn't overly loud so my kids could hear me talk and weren't overwhelmed; also all the decor helped keep them entertained!”
