“Newer and "fresher" face in the sub and sandwich competition. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when making a choice of what to try. The Cuban was spot on, to the more authentic versions that you would find in south Florida. The food was very hot, fresh and amazing. Also, I thought it was a genius move, to serve Fry's in a drink cup, so if you want some to go, you just put a lid on them with no mess or spilling. A very enjoyable experience for me.”

“So much better than the other AYCE sushi place. The place is clean too. We ordered Saba (Mackerel) off the a la cart menu and they brought out this beautiful display! Loved the presentation and it tasted wonderful. Everything was fresh and tasty 😋 🍣”

“A food truck that serves international-inspired cuisine!🍽️🛻 Nomadic Eats provides a simple menu with customization options available for the bowls! Atmosphere: Stationed in Downtown Pensacola, you can walk over to the food truck if you’re in the area! They don’t have a lot of seating outside, but you can sit inside the building that the food truck is stationed by. Service: The service was quick, and the workers were the ones who recommended for us to find seating inside! Menu items: I got a rice bowl with Mojo Chicken on top! Each bowl had the following ingredients: coconut jasmine rice, black beans, salsa roja, lime verde, pickled onion, and fried shallot! Aside from their everyday rice bowls, they also serve a Hot Chicken Rice Bowl, tacos (only served on Friday’s and Saturday’s, and sides (Fried Rice Balls pictured)!🍚🌮🥬🍗”

“Excellent chicken burrito and shrimp bowl. Love the tacos. The kids cheese quesadilla was on point. My granddaughter loved it. Great outside seating. Superb chips and queso. Although busy due to Mardi Gras parade visitors, the service was fast. Overall great experience. Will return.”

“I absolutely positively love this pizza! I think everybody has tried all of the pizza chains and they all have their pros and cons. This pizza is amazing! I can’t turn back & have probably ordered a couple of dozen times. The crust, toppings, pizza sauce are so awesome! What is even more impressive, they are consistent. Normally I don’t write reviews but %*#*#%. Sometimes just the little things in life can make a person happy and this has been one of them.”

“A new food truck location on E Garden Street!🍔 If you love burgers, waffle fries, and an outdoor seating area, this is the place for you! Atmosphere: The space is behind Vinyl Music Hall in a beautiful outside area with white tables covered with green umbrellas and an open bar area. At night, the space is lit up with bright pink lights. Service: The food was prepared quickly, and we would get checked on when we ate. Menu items: The menu is very simple with the choice of either a single or double burger and the option of getting waffle fries on the side. The drink options are in a cooler outside of the truck, and they serve Pensa-Cola sodas! They have some of the best burgers in town. The meat was seasoned perfectly and melts in your mouth!🫶🏼”

“Absolutely beautiful space. Walked in during their in between lunch and dinner specials. We decided to sit at the bar and were met with wonderful service. The food was divine. We got the pork tacos. It was two tacos and they were FULL of meat that was insanely flavorful and juicy. I ate one before remembering to take a picture they were SO yummy. I about licked my plate clean. The beverages were delicious. I forgot what it was called but it had rosemary in it and was perfectly balanced. Literally cannot wait to go back.”

“Packed house and servers extremely helpful and stayed on top of it. Very relaxed atmosphere and the food was delicious! Clean bathrooms on such a busy day was a definite plus. Serving size will fill you up and don't skimpy on a beer - dark one was so very flavorful. Others were nice but didn't hit quite like the dark one which paired well with the food.”

“So glad we found this place! Amazing pizza. Only place in the area that actually knows how to make a margarita pizza. Staff was super friendly. Make their dough and sauce fresh daily. My kids know like this place better than Sky’s, O’zone, and Lost Pizza.”

“Very nice establishment. The appetizers were very good. I had the Brie and the Artichoke. Artichoke got a bit soggy from being piled into the bowl. Had Chicken Alfredo as the main. It was decent. I’ve had the pleasure of having had some very amazing pasta in my lifetime, so couldn’t say more there. Love the atmosphere. Service was excellent! I love the little market in front as well.”

“An absolutely delicious gastropub that recently opened in Pensacola!🍔 Let me just say: the fries and ketchup here are amazing!🍟🥫 Atmosphere: Located on the side of Wine World, the space has an interior seating as well as a small, covered outdoor seating area. It felt like an elevated sports bar experience! Service: The waitress was wonderful! She made sure to check up on us, brought out the food, quickly, and made sure that our drinks were refilled. Menu items: I got their Craft Burger with a side of fries, and all of it was flavorful and delicious! I’d come back just to eat the fries with the ketchup🤌🏼 This is a great place for a fun date night, girls night out, or even just an afternoon lunch!”

“I was unfortunately underwhelmed. I ordered the garlic noodles since they seemed to be the popular choice, and found them pretty lacking in flavor. The shrimps were good, I just wish there were more of them. I also ordered the shrimp and pork belly spring rolls , but someone must have forgotten the pork belly cus there was none in mine. The spring rolls did taste fresh and came in large portions which I did appreciate. The spring rolls were definitely worth it, despite them giving me the wrong ones. The atmosphere is really cute, and the outdoor seating area is quite nice.”

“Tried this new place for date night on a Friday evening. Service was wonderful from Riley, kind, quick, and knowledgeable on the menu. Lots of wonderful options and looking forward to trying again. It did take a bit a time for main dishes to come out with a mostly empty restaurant, only reason for 4 stars on food is my key lime fish dish came out with skin on without that indicated on the menu. I’m a new fish eater and it was strange. We had the fish dip app and it was delicious, just wish it came with something other than saltine crackers. However, taste was wonderful on all our dishes. Brussels sprout side dish was absolutely the best I’ve ever had.”

“Alan and Judy are the best!! We walked in to the shop and were immediately greeted like they had known us forever! The kids had ice cream and we had the best pastrami sandwiches ever! The music was great and the vibe was like some New York deli. It was colorful, quirky and they obviously have a passion for pastrami and good food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Possibly our favorite stop this vacation, it is such a happy place.”

“We have been here 10 days and this is the third trip down to grab pizza at Paul’s pizza Co. It is so good. Make sure to get the butter dipping sauce 🤤. It is amazing. The cauliflower pizza is what I get and I love it. For the first time a place can make a cauliflower pizza that tasted perfectly cooked and not super intense. The people in there are the sweetest people and they go above and beyond to make sure you are getting what you want. Even if it is weird lol like mine.”

“We tried 4 beers, and my husband and I both loved them all (a miracle considering we have very different tastes in beers!). Orange creamsicle, hazy IPA, bunny brown, and peanut butter banana beers were 4 of the smoothest and most well balanced beers we’ve had in NE FL. Service was great. Vibes are sooo relaxing and low key. Well worth the drive from Jax!!”

“When reading reviews, it seems it's mixed. We went after church Sunday and noticed other "church crowd" there. On the buffet menu was fried chicken, ham and pork chops... no barbeque... In a barbeque place. I ordered off the menu. No sliced pork. I got the brisket. Lots of meat on the plate but it was smothered in sauce that was spicy and pickles. No mention of that on the menu. I had baked beans and fries as my two sides. Beans were ok and fries are, well... fries. My wife did the buffet and her fried chicken was good. Out the door with tip... $45. I understand that Fridays they feature fish and shrimp. But, I know a good place for that, so... Barbeque places should have barbeque.”

“Wow! Great ice cream. So creamy and yummy flavorful. Loved it. The store was bright, clean, and smelled of sweets. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, comes, milk shakes, and so much more. I was helped by a very delightful young lady named Bella. She allowed me to sample several flavors before I picked my favorite. She was curious and patient with me, which pleasantly surprised me. It was a super experience and even better tasting ice cream. Go there for great service and just try to pick only one item to eat.”

“If you are looking for a basic diner with exceptional food, this is it locally. The wings are smoked then grilled in choice of sauce, probably the best I’ve ever had! The fries are hand cut in house and cooked well. Ranch was too thin to add quality to the salad. The ribs are extremely well prepared and has a fantastic sauce. My only disappointment was with the waitresses. One was so unfriendly initially it felt we were a bother upon arrival. The seconds vocabulary during a restaurant lacked professionalism. Had to ask for refills on water and for extra napkins( wings and ribs) and again appeared put out by the request. Overall I would absolutely return and recommend the food. Proper service etiquette education is needed for the staff.”

“This place is worth stopping by. Portions are large and extremely tasty. The menu is small but it means they concentrate on the items they serve. I ordered the jerk chicken with special sauce. Chicken was fall off the bone tender and the special sauce seemed like it was Worcestershire sauce based with slow deep heat that had me sweating by the time I got down to the bed of rice and peas. The plantains on the side were really tasty, not overly sweet really nicely cooked. The wife ordered the curry goat and said it was tender and flavorful with a good curry flavor. She thought there would be some heat but there wasn’t. She also gave thumbs up to the plantains. We also tried a chicken and a beef patty, they were like meat pop tart’s. Not bad, just not much flavor. We will definitely come back. I’m looking forward to trying the ox tail.”
