“We discovered this place by chance looking for a place to eat in route to the cities. We have a toddler and a dog and so we wanted a place that was near a park. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this place covers our all our needs. (Disclaimer we visited in late spring so the weather was perfect). They have a beautiful outdoor area with about 200’ of lake shore access. The t has a very pleasant beach and dock which the toddler was able to explore and dogs are welcome as if they are on leash. They brought us a large water bowl for our pup and we discovered that they have kids eat free on Sunday. They also have buy one get one drinks everyday if you are into that. But for a fantastic place to enjoy a meal with the family on a sunny Sunday I can’t think of a better atmosphere.”

“Came here for dinner for the fist time. We had been to the mound location in the past and thought that one was fine. I actually thought this new location had a better layout inside. They had a special that night which was a discount on pasta dishes so I tried the Cajun Alfredo and my wife had the lasagna, both were good. We also tried the pickle egg rolls and those were good as well. We’ll plan on coming back.”

“Great new location in, but separate from a beautiful new Mackenthuns grocery store. The upstairs could use some rearranging. There are two small tables (with only 2 chairs!?) behind a very nice long high top. Awkward. And one table in front near stairs (not a great location). There is a nice 4 chair comfy lounge area near a pretend fireplace. Move the high top back and place the two tables in front of it. And buy some more chairs! That would give it a 5 star for atmosphere. Coffee and service always fantastic!”

“This was our sixth time here. Brought some friends that had never been before. The cabins had some much needed improvements made. Things were getting a little run down. It was good to see reinvesting in the property. The staff in the bar and restaurant are fantastic Amber ran the restaurant and bar on her own on multiple occasions due to staff shortage. Lauren did the same on her own! Both ladies were beyond accommodating to our entire group and we can honestly say they are a major part of our wonderful weekend! Good staff that genuinely love what they do are hard to come by these days so we appreciated the high level of customer service we received even when things were busy Food was great, drinks great The hours at the lodge are abbreviated again due to staff shortages (so bring some beverages for the cabin) The skeleton staff they have are hustling!, It was such a hit with our friends now they are planning another trip! “This was our first time at Ton Ramen and we have tried a lot of ramen places, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, friendly staff. We went at 5pm on a Tuesday ordered our food and it came out in less than 10 minutes. We noticed a lot of doordash and Uber eats orders were going out. Service was good and the food was too. I got the chicken ramen and it was nice to have the crispy chicken on the side, other places have it in the ramen and it gets soggy. My husband had the beef ramen and said it wasn't that spicy but they can make it hotter if you ask. We enjoyed some vegetable fried rice together and it was not oily and tasted good too. We ordered strawberry Mochi for dessert which was delicious 😋”

It wasn't busy when we got there, by the time we left all the tables were filled and one outside too. The customer service was fast, friendly and acknowledgement. Dining area was clean and welcoming. I was a little disappointed with the salsa. Did not taste authentic but was still pretty good. I would very much recommend to eat at this establishment.”

Food was quick and flavorful, really wish the burger filled out the bun, disappointing. Need to ask what beers are available because they’re not listed anywhere. Recommend not sitting at the end of the bar by the kitchen and server POS stand as the server did nothing but complain - we’re not here for that. Don’t really feel that there’s a value here, not saying it’s expensive, just left underwhelmed. Still recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area, might be your new go-to.”

“We had our son's 8yo bday and did a party room, 2x laser tag and loaded up gift cards. We had a small group so we put $15 on each card and that was plenty. Laser tag was the huge hit of the party. The girls loved it. The BIG surprise was how delicious the food was. People, it's hand rolled dough and fire roasted for the pizzas. I did the mushroom Swiss burger and the mushrooms were huge and the burger had amazing flavor. I'm coming back with my husband for dinner and live music in the sports bar area. What a great spot. Oh, Chandler, our room attendant was so great too. He was our personal front house and took great care of us and is quite used to working with loads of kids at once.”

“The outpost is where we ate dinner for most of the last week. The menu listed here is not the one they have now, so this Google listing isn’t being kept up to date. We had several of the dishes, and not one of them was disappointing. The BBQ chicken pizza was spectacular. The baby back ribs were good. I can’t remember exactly what else we had. “Stayed 3 nights. No ice in ice maker. After 3 days going to check out and morning management says we had a dog in a non dog room. Our room was 10 feet from the front desk,came and went for 3 days with dog. Manager was very rude not only to us but others also. When we made reservations we told them we had a dog when I checked in the dog was there with me. But the manager insisted on changing me a special cleaning fee. Daytime manager would not give me a invoice for the special cleaning or tell me what special cleaning was performed. Very rude day manager. If it take 3 days to figure out that there is a dog in the room what does that say about the cleaning staff? Nothing back from the owners so that must be buisness as usual there.”

“My father's and my fist time here. 1/26/2024 Friday 4PM: Greeted by 2 lovely women servers with beautiful smiles. Cozy midsized restaurant with 3/4ths of the tables full of customers. Everyone was having the Friday special of all you can eat fish or shrimp for $9.99. My dad and I ordered the special as well. It came with baked beans, coleslaw, dinner roll, choice of potato, and tartar sauce. Our plates arrived with a mountain of food. I noticed another customer had a pile of onion rings that looked delicious, so I asked one of the lovely servers if their onion rings were as good as they looked. She confirmed they were indeed. As my father and I were discussing the nice restaurant and excellent food, she surprised us with 2 onion rings for us to sample. That's excellent service. We were so full from our first plate full, the all you can eat option, isn't really an option. Lol. We needed a to-go box. My father insisted he pay for our meals and left a 35% tip which say a lot coming from my dad. As we drove off, my dad said he would like to go back again. He really enjoyed the food and service. I agree and said next time we will have to get the special with onion rings. Rating: 10/10 on food, service, atmosphere and price. Perfect all around.”
