“This is my first time going here we were on travel and happened to see this food truck when we were getting gas. Note this is a food truck so the address may not be exact when you are looking for it but this is the street corner where it was at when I found it. Today was it's grand opening and it was amazing authentic food. The tacos were of course homemade handmade and tasted wonderful. The wife and kid got the azada tacos and I got the birro taco. The salsa was homemade. There was a really nice hot one and then verde salsa that was good but not hot. With the purchase of the tacos you got a free pop. The pop brand was the Jarritos, Coke and one other I don't remember. The Coke is the real cane sugar not the horrid corn sugar stuff. My son doesn't drink pop but when I told him it was cane sugar he had to try it. He was shocked how good it tasted. Xavier and presumably family were working in the food truck. Very nice people. One of the customers told us that he lives next to Xavier and that he's a really good cook so he was excited to try out opening day! I'm very excited for them and wish them the best. Dios de bendigo!”

“Yummy food! Friendly staff. It happened to be karaoke night. Had a great time. Ate lots of the 36th Street Corn Dip before we took a picture. I had the Honey Garlic Flatbread, and my husband had the Bedda Chedda Stuffed Cheeseburger. Everything came out on time and hot! Jamie was very nice.”

“The Simple Greek was delicious and well-priced, but I think they were bought out by Garbanzo. They’re now more expensive and the food isn’t as good - for example, the Greek fries used to be perfectly seasoned and I could eat them forever. Now when we order, it feels like there’s too much salt and barely any oregano/parsley/whatever they put on it. The baklava also isn’t the greatest. And the falafel pita is never mixed properly so you get to the bottom and depending on what you order that’s where all your chicken is or onion, what have you. It’s also an extra $4+ for extra protein. The gyro is good though I’ll say. But they need to fix the fries and the prices and mix their dishes up.”

“They were nice, and the food came fast. It was also delicious. I had never had “beyond meat”. It wasn’t bad, but I think they’d probably do better just serving chicken. This is the rural mid-west… Indian food is enough of leap for a lot of folks here, much less “Beyond Meat” Indian food. Speaking of which, the pieces of “beyond meat” tasted great, but were too big, with no way to cut. They need to be bite-sized. They are still getting settled, but the place was clean and nicely decorated. Again, the food was really good. The portion sizes are kind of confusing. At first I thought it was way overpriced, but then I realized the portion sizes are for two (possibly 3). Also kind of odd that you have to order rice as an extra (not included w/ the curry), but a single rice portion is enough for two as well. We came about a week after they opened. They have some things to figure out, but we were happy overall, and we’re excited to come back.”

“Was super excited to try this place, drove from Iowa city to check it out. It looks cool inside and it’s new and clean. The mozzarella sticks were good our waitress was attentive and everything came out fast. As an avid crab leg lover, I was disappointed in this boil. I opted for the king and queen boil. The crab was overcooked, they put a cluster of dungeness legs in (which Isn’t supposed to be in that one).”

“Delicious food and beautiful new space! Would be perfect for a date night or family dinner. My favorite (besides the rolls, which are unbelievable) is the Tour of Italy with Fettuccine Alfredo, Lasagna, and Chicken Parmesan. The tomato soup is also outstanding!”

“I ate the #26 chicken bacon ranch it was yummy. My husband had the #13 The Original Italian (Mike's way). Both were piled high with meat that's one thing this sub shop does right no scrimping on the meat here. He was really excited as they have Agave sweetened pop which he can drink without causing health issues.”

“I don't go to this place very often. I think one of the reasons why is it always looks like it is closed. The windows have dark film over them making it look like there are no lights on inside and there usually are not many cars in the parking lot. I was in there last night. The teenage boy behind the counter fixing my steak sandwich had to ask twice if I wanted onions and mushrooms because he wasn't listening the first time I answered. Then he asked what else I wanted on it. I asked what the choices were and he said, "lettuce". I tried to look over the counter to see what else there was but could not see. I didn't want lettuce and asked what the other options were. He shrugged and said, "usually it doesn't come with anything else on it." So, if there were no options available for this sandwich, why did he bother to ask? The sandwich might have been good, but it was so drenched in sauce that's really all I could taste. I attempted to scrape some off, but it was soaked into the bread by that point and I wasn't very successful. If I ever go there again, I will ask to see if they can put about half or a fourth of the sauce on they normally do. I left feeling like I had eaten a bottle of barbecue sauce. I am still giving them three stars because they do have a nice variety of sandwiches and they also have a pickle and pepper bar you can use to put some toppings on your sandwich (which I did, since the boy behind the counter didn't seem very interested in giving me any options for toppings).”

“Nestled between Rent A Center and EZ check cashing, Inspire Nutrition is fantastic! Starting with the extremely knowledgeable and kind owner Sarah! I was very impressed with the customer service and her full but understandable explanation of the menu. Not to mention my cookie dough smoothie was amazing! 10/10! “We enjoyed an amazing evening at Filet last week, he had the wedge salad & lobster/steak special (pics) and I had a French dip sandwich (sorry, no pics). All delicious! We have been a couple of times and it’s been fabulous each time. We’re delighted to have Filet in the neighborhood.”

“There are not a lot of places like this in central Iowa.. Nonna’s has an amazing variety of pizza slices (highly recommend the Sofia Loren and the Buffalo chicken) with a super kind and helpful staff. Slices range from $4.50 to $5.50 (from what I could see) but that’s pretty standard with the whopping size of the slices. My wife and I ordered three slices between us so we could both have our own “big” slice then split the third. Great pizza!”

“This is a cool restaurant and the people are really nice! I was offered a sample of the pork and beef, which tasted amazing! But I decided to go with the monthly special of the Fun Rib Bowl and based on that meal I should give it a 2/3 but I’m betting the other dishes are way better and this place deserve a good rating. The rice and vegetables were really good. The sauces had great flavor and the perfect amount of spice. Then the egg was a great addition as well. Now to fun ribs, I think they may have been under cooked because they were really chewy and the tempura was a little under cooked as well, but actually even with it being tough to eat the flavor was pretty good! I will definitely go back and try something else!”
