I’d noticed inconsistency in my pick up orders and brought it to the attention of management, Maximiliano, who was overwhelmingly empathetic and communicative with me in addressing and resolving the issue. Truly inspiring customer service. The people making the pizza come with the talents of Naples (iykyk) and with that the kindness of excellent service and immaculate pizza (By New York/Naples standards alike) I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Nashville, you’ll be upset. “Beautiful venue visited for a music concert. Atmosphere was amazing. Great acoustics and lighting. Multiple level floors for standing or seating with bars throughout. Bathrooms were very clean. Awesome upper level covered outdoor patio with bar that has beautiful view of Nashville sounds baseball field and Nashville. Top Notch overall!!!!Highly recommend you visit.”

“I had a great time at Tailgate! I've been to the one in Chattanooga so I knew the beer would be good but I'm glad this one was just as good! It's right next to The Brooklyn Bowl so we decided to hang out for a few hours and pregame before The Dresden Dolls show. What a good choice! All the beers I had were delicious and fairly priced. I worried the prices would be higher because it's Nashville but they were standard brewery prices and even $5 core beers. Can't beat that! Service was great! All the beertenders were very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We had dinner there too and the pizzas were excellent! I got the Whipped Ricotta Personal pizza. My partner got the BBQ Chicken Pizza with added pineapple. Both very delicious! Definitely would recommend. Also, I asked for a side of marinara and it was huge! Always a plus!”

“I’d love to personally point out the General Manager Billy and thank him for the energy he gave me for my order. He not only is an exceptional employee but he also goes above and beyond for his customers and I could tell with each interaction with him. Today I had made a order and it had went through doordash where the dasher had given me the wrong order. A lot of miscommunication had happened before he arrived at the store and after 30 minutes had went by, I called again and Billy had answered. He was very swift and kind, as well as patient and diligent. He had contacted Doordash for me to receive my correct order and he not o my made sure to give me a refund but also gave me a fresh bowl for my inconvenience. I was very pleased with how he confronted the situation and how well he communicated through this situation. “The food was excellent and our server was the best. She went above and beyond. We did not care for the lobster bisque, and our server offered us the clam chowder. It was delicious!! I had the filet mignon and African lobster tail. The steak was cooked exactly how I requested and the lobster tail was excellent. The meal was a bit pricey. Our bill came to a little over $600 for 4 of us, but it was worth it. It was a little disappointing that a manager never came by to ask how everything was as most restaurants do.”

“First time eating here. Very friendly and comforting atmosphere! The owner is a beautiful, very welcoming person, really loved her energy most of all. The food is very good, only thing I didn't like was the hot water cornbread! The service was good but it's a very busy place, line out the door busy, but I think the customers in line should be able to order and receive their food first. It was several orders coming in over the phone and those orders were being fixed first, then the lady would break away and start back on the line. Everyone should rush there if you want that good home southern cooking!!!!! We'll definitely be back again!”

“I was looking FORWARD to having some Peruvian cuisine. But this place LACKED. Out of everything I ordered the beef empanada and the plantains were THE BEST! Everything else NO COMMENT. No FLAVOR. Chicken wings lacked flavor and were greasy. Chicken empanadas (hard no) no flavor. The green sauce was SALTY. But the BEEF EMPANADAS, absolutely delicious, packed with flavor I’d just order that again. Overall 5/10”

“If you're looking for some good food you have got to try this place! Upon entering it's very welcoming and the staff is super friendly! My mother is vegan so she has dietary restrictions. She is VERY picky. The staff went above and beyond for her and helped navigate her to the vegan options. She ended up getting an order of waffle fries with a salad loaded with veggies. I tried a waffle fry. They were super crispy and had excellent flavor. That is always my complaint with pizza places, the lack of flavor but this place DELIVERED. I got a 10' thin crust create your own pizza I got pepperoni, jalapeno, and black olives with Alfredo sauce and a side of honey. I also ordered an order of their cheesy cheesy bread. When it came out I knew it was gonna be good because of all the seasoning. It was absolutely deliciously cheesy and seasoned to perfection. The pizza crust was crisp and thin and the pizza itself bursted with flavor. I also ordered one of their stubborn sodas in black cherry and it was so good! I'm not a soda person but it was refreshing and very tasty! I have ZERO complaints. The manager even brought over a side of hot honey for me and checked on their cauliflower crust which IS vegan! So that is a major win for my mom who has already deemed this place her favorite! We will DEFINITELY be back. They have a ton of options pizzas, salads, sandwiches, wings and desserts! Thank you for an absolutely flawless experience! Ps tried the puffs today... absolutely PHENOMENAL! One of the best things I've ever eaten! So crispy and filled with pepperoni and cheese and just seasoned to heaven.... So good! Also tried the vegan pizza with the vegan gluten free cauliflower crust... Very good”

“The food and portions were more than enough for 8 people. The charcuterie boards are superb and huge. And as far as drinks and the bowling in the basement you can't get much better!! “Fabulous experience!!! Never had French food and wanted to try. Skeptical about trying as the prices were a little higher than we are used to, but I have to say it was well worth it. “We went for my husband’s birthday dinner and from the moment we stepped in the door it was a vibe. The hostess was so great and we got an amazing table that overlooked the whole restaurant. Our drinks were very good and so fun and memorable. I literally drank my drink out of a mini bath tub! We got the bacon wrapped dates, onion dip, prime rib, and a pizza. The food was great, came out at a great pace, and our server, Brook O was awesome. We will definitely be coming back and we are excited to have The Kennedy in Knoxville!”
