This is a staple and I come here monthly, I stick to the same sandwich rotation and have had about a third of the menu. “All three of my children have attended Dreamers at some point and it has been a positive experience for all of them! My youngest is there now and (like his brothers before him) attends part-time; we always worry that not attending daycare full-time could be a challenging transition for our children...but my son consistently walks happily into Dreamers! The staff are warm, the communication is clear, and I always feel comfortable knowing my children are in great hands. Love receiving lesson plans and menus each week (and newsletters monthly!) to know what is going on in the classroom and appreciate the daily notes for the youngest kids (re: nap time, meals, mood, etc). So thankful to have found Dreamers and to have been a Dreamers family for over 6 years now! Highly recommend Dreamers for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.”

“We went to Taco Verde after hearing all the good reviews from my friends in chi town. It's a small privately owned taco place by an amazing young couple. I had this place on my MUST-VISIT list in Chicago. The owners were on site and were super welcoming, they suggested few of their signature dishes and we ordered them all. Steak & birria tacos are to die for and the birria pizza was super delicious. We also got the scrumptious churros (on the house) we ordered Jarritos drinks to finish our meals. My girls want to go back to try all the food again. They wish Taco Verde open their branch in Houston soon. We wish you guys all the best, thank you for your amazing food and warm customer service.”

“Sat outside on a lovely spring Sunday. The restaurant wasn’t busy so we had a whole section of the patio to ourselves. Food was quite good. Order was messed up by the kitchen so our shishito pepper appetizer arrived with lunch. The server offered to cancel it when it didn’t arrive but I am a vegan and wanted the dish as part of my dining experience. Portions were generous so we brought leftovers home. We had a Thai “steak” salad but I subbed tofu for the meat. Daughter had gluten free fried chicken. I tasted the batter and thought it was a bit sweet. We ordered cocktails as it was a bday lunch and my bloody was served as requested , not spicy, and I’d rate the cocktail 4.5 as I didn’t love the Bloody Mary mix- a very personal thing. Overall a great experience and will go back again”

“I love this new Vietnamese diner, small but inviting decor with about 6-7 tables. Food is impressive and homemade from the summer spring rolls with shrimp and vegetables to the delicious fresh pho to your liking. I’ve tried the pork & rice dish and salt & pepper tofu perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. I’m going back to try the calamari version and if this place gets too busy I’ll carry out. I hope they’ll have outdoor seating for the summer months. It’s strictly street parking.”

My husband & I split the Truffle BLT & the Cheeseburger plus an order of Truffle Fries (sauce on the side for dipping, rather than the smothered version). Your kids are going to love the football table, claw machine & Pac Man video games inside along with giant Connect Four & bags outside on the sun drenched patio. You are going to enjoy excellent local beers (we had Sketchbook’s Orange Door & Half Acre’s Daisy Cutter- don’t judge our midday drink, we were celebrating our anniversary!!), beautiful decor & a quiet meal with your person because your kiddos will be too busy playing games to bother you! “Upon entering a young man greeted us. We were confused on what to get. There were no prices on the fudge so when we asked for a slice and it was weighed , it was not what i expected. Overall it was good. Also, we got a toasted coconut ice cream as well. One of the older ladies was a bit rude when we asked about adding our fudge pieces to our ice cream and responded “what do you mean” in a rude way. We ignored it . “First time. Thought I'd try a little of everything. Pork Belly Ramen, Kimchi fries, Korean corn dog and chicken egg rolls. The egg Pork belly was chewy. Fries were soggy and Kimchi was two clicks above cold (is it supposed to be?). The sauce tasted like Hidden Valley. The Korean corn dog was unmelted string cheese with a stick in the middle. The Ramen broth was tasty and the egg rolls were hot and crisp. With a near 5 star rating I expected excellent food. The fries and corn dog wouldn't sell at a carnival. Disappointed. The counter guy was nice. Maybe I caught the restaurant on a bad day.”
