“We had a delicious vegan lunch. The chickpea banh mi was super tasty and a generous size (I did get the full sandwich). Two of us ordered salad bowls and another got the Berkeley sandwich. Conversations ended once we got our food because we were all happily eating. We will absolutely be back soon for more tasty vegan food in Truckee!”

“The only thing I’m wondering is why it took so long for me to try this place. It’s exactly what it sounds like: a fast casual restaurant for pasta lovers. Everything was cooked fresh, made to order, and delicious. Approved by adults, teens, and a happy child. We had Cajun Chicken Pasta (spicy and amazing), Fettucini Alfredo, Meatball Marinara, and Mushroom Pesto. We also picked up a Tiramisu, which was quite good and very shareable with a generous portion. I wish I’d asked the name of the woman working, as I will be back many times and think we will become friends. 😂”

“So it’s in the nimbus winery in a kiosk no human there just a machine. I paid $13 for a pizza ready in less than 5 minute. A for efficiency. Is it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No. was it the best pizza I’ve ever had for hot and ready in under 5 minutes and did a whole transaction without talking to anyone and it’s of good size and shareable with other people? Most likely yes. Was in the building for trivia and it came in handy. Kiosk has lots of options for toppings. Only suggestion unless I didn’t see it was to have napkins available”

“The day staff is great!! Especially the young Latino guy (I believe his name is Giovanni) but there is 1-2 guys who work overnight that always close the doors from about 1:30 am until like 3 am every night they work. It's frustrating because it's the closest store to me and should be a quick run to a 24 hour store but it's always closed during these times. So I waited for about 20 mins tonight and the guy comes out the back to let a woman in but when I went to the door he told me they're closed until 2:40 am for inventory and the woman was an employee. This is the main guy who closes every night he works and usually when they're closed these guys come out the bathroom (this is not the first time I waited to see how long they took to open back up). I used to work at an ampm and I worked the overnight shift and I know it was not allowed to close because we were a 24 hour location.”

At that point a manager intervened. I believe she said her name was Selena although she was not wearing a name tag. Selena was quite aggressive and even though I pointed out the era on their signage, she flippantly told me that they did not make the sign.....”
