You know I had to order all my favorites to test the consistency with their OG location in Irvine and ya'll, still slaps. The Chan Chan gimbap which is always so pretty, kimchi Spam fried rice, and the Chan Chan tenders that are literally HUGE! Basted in that sweet soy sauce, ugh chef's kiss. We got the panang curry and drunken noodles and we are quite picky on these dishes and both exceeded our expectations! Max the chef came and introduced himself which was such a nice touch! Co-owner, Kris, greeted every guest at the door with a handshake and a smile, while co-owner Marvin walked by cheerfully offering samples.
