These are different than the burritos most people serve - instead of having a bunch of rice and beans along with a bit of something else, you get a slimmer burrito made with a hand made fresh tortilla, FILLED with your choice of entree. We tried the Chicharrón, Rajas, Pollo en Chipotle, Deshebrada and Birria. They all had wholesome flavors and tasted great - our favorite was the Chicharrón. “I had been super excited to come here so I ordered a few things with my partner. We tried the tacos de asada and tacos con al pastor, as well as a mulita and a huarache. Everything was of about the same quality and I definetly left satisfied. The quality of the meats was high but it felt like they didnt have a lot of flavor, though the salsas all more than made up for it. Im not sure if I would come back based on the flavor but the price was very fair.”

“I visited Urban Punjab after hearing many recommendations from friends. It's located in the same strip mall as Shawarma House. We ordered the Chilli Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Unfortunately, the chicken in the Tikka Masala was neither tender nor juicy as expected. The Chilli Chicken was just okay. However, the ambiance and customer service were excellent. It's a great place to bring non-Desi friends since it offers a nice atmosphere, which is often hard to find in Desi restaurants. “We went looking for some good pho on a work trip to California and man, this place did not disappoint. The balance of spices and broth was so rich (bone broth done right!) The chicken salad was super fresh with crunchy cabbage, carrots, and mint. The addition of fried shallots and peanuts added a fun texture too.
