“I’ve been here 3 times. First time I got a double bacon cheeseburger. After tax $15.11 but it was bangin. Much better than Chick Fil A or McDonalds across the street. Second time I got a double bacon burger (no cheese). Somehow it was even better than the first time. $13.67 after tax. Third time I came here and got a original cheesesteak and a 1/2 fries 1/2 rings. $20 or $23, one of those. WOW! Huge quantity of fries, onion rings were medium quantity. Both were of great quality. And cheesesteak was super hot and had a lot of meat. I won’t be going to Wawa for hoagies as often now. This place has got it all. I ended up taking half of my order home, which means that $20 allows two to dine. Pretty solid in my opinion. What’s been great is the quality of the food and the quality and friendliness of the service. The people are awesome. Place is clean and modern for a burger joint. I really have no complaints apart from price, but we are in Vienna, and it is to be expected. Convenient and I always leave a little fuller and happier than I came. Good food, good vibes. Side note: Haven’t tried the shakes but I might at some point. And if you go to chick fil a or McDonald’s you will notice a smell right away — not a good smell. It smells different here, like actual meat. By no means are burgers healthy, but it’s not CFA/McDonald’s level of processed.”

“We had a party of 5 and set in the back seating section, away from the bar. We were all very pleased with our food, and our waitress was kind and informative. We were a bit surprised how long it took to get our appetizers and beers. We ordered wine, and apparently they couldn’t find their wine opener. As well as beers, which we also had to wait for 10mins to receive? 3pm on a Saturday with the restaurant being half full, we did not complain but noticed between drinks and appetizers, they were running slow. After we got our food, no complaints, everything was fresh and well prepared. I would def recommend the bacon jam burger with a side of jalepenños. If you’re looking to relax, sit on the opposite side of the divider away from the bar. If you’d like a louder or more social atmosphere, grab a high top near the bar. Plus it seems that you get better service up there as well. We plan to return during warmer weather and try out their open air patio area, which appears to offer bar service as well. We plan to return and update this review if our experience changes.”

“I had a good time with my family here this afternoon. We were a party of 6. We were seated promptly. T was our waiter and he was very warm and inviting. He answered all of our questions wit ease. I had the smothered pork chops with yams and potato salad. The potato salad didn't really do it for me so they allowed me to switch out for the collard greens. The meal was very good. My food came out hot and in a timely manner. My only major issue is that they had plastic utensils at the time. Other than that it was very nice. Will definitely return in the future”

“Stopped here for the first time on a Friday night. They were jumping with orders and I waited there for a bit but it was a nice wait in the sense that the atmosphere seemed very peaceful and inviting, almost like you had left America and stepped into a real Jamaican neighborhood chill spot. The owners (I’m assuming) were so nice that there was a sense of community to the place even though most of the people waiting were there for the first time. As for food we got the chicken tenders (amazing- flavorful and perfectly crispy- 10/10), beef Patty (really good, fresh- 8/10), and curry chicken, which was my least favorite of the three. It had a decent amount of flavor but definitely could have used more flavor, and the chicken was tender but it was a bit dry. It definitely could have used more sauce. The rice was solid, as was the cabbage for the most part but it did feel like it was just a touch too dry. Overall, I would rate the curry chicken dish a 7. My overall experience with the place was great and I will be trying some of their other dishes in the future. Only thing that could make this place better would be sprinkling in some karaoke nights! Heads up, there will be a wait- would recommend ordering ahead of time, especially on a Friday/ Saturday.”

“Formerly Skrimp Shack. Now Bubba's Shrimp Shack. Shrimps are the same. Delicious. Sweet potato fries changed but they're very good. Waffle fries now. Small shrimp basket comes with a side and drink. Even got 2 hush puppies in the basket. They are very tasty. I loved it. Fast, friendly. Dined in. Food brought out to table hot. Choice of different sauces for shrimp and fish. “Delicious BBQ, solidly presenting the traditional meats with a few real standouts. Great, quick service and good atmosphere. Moderate price but worth it. We were super excited to check out a new BBQ place here in Hanover so we were here opening night. My wife and I got the 2 and 3 meat combos and mixed and matched so we could try most of the offerings. The brisket was the stand out to me, it was smoky and well seasoned with a good texture. The pulled pork was also great, with a perfect leanness that was neither fatty nor dry, and some smoked in flavor that complements the sauces. The burnt ends had a bit more chew than I expected but was still tender and flavorful. The wings had a great smokiness but could benefit with a touch more dry rub flavor (esp. if you aren't dipping them in sauce or dressing). The quarter chicken didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked but worked well enough with a touch of sauce. Currently the BBQ sauce is given in containers when you order but I'm hopeful they'll go to bottles at tables eventually. The banana pudding was smooth and delicious and our friends really enjoyed the peach cobbler also. Service was pretty fast (especially for a brand new crew) and we were able to order and find seats with no problem. Servers and managers came through regularly to ask if they could help. The atmosphere is BBQ appropriate and pretty nice with cushy booths, a bar and quite a few TVs (seems like a great place to catch a game). We'll definitely be here regularly and I'm looking forward to seeing how this place grows over time!”
