“I paid $13 for this bowl to be less than half filled. Not acceptable by any means, have used digital pick up in the past with no issues. Tried calling the facility no answer, food was ready to be picked up at 7:45 as per my order, received it cold. Food is inconsistent, some days are great some days are not. My bowl looks half eaten upon opening compared to the rest of the pictures under the reviews.”

“A newly opened salad shop in Sugar Land, boasts two drive-thru lanes, and sells awesome food. Parking is limited. I counted, there are 6 parking spots and 1 handicap space. Since there wasn’t any space for me to park when I went, I opted for drive-thru. Ordering was easy. The staff were very nice and polite. Currently they are having a promotion: buy a salad or a wrap with a drink, it will be $7.99. I had the roasted autumn salad with tofu which was delicious. The ingredients were room temperature and fresh. I had the cucumber mint drink which was refreshing. I would go back to try other food items.”

“Service is amazing - they are very patient. Atmosphere is just as good. But one thing is the food. The sesame balls are very good, some of the best i’ve ever had. The Iza poke bowl is really beautiful, but the taste is not. It’s way too salty. They add soy sauce and spices to the rice when it’s supposed to be a cleanser in this dish (or that’s what i would recommend). I’m fine with the spice but the sauce is just way too much. The seaweed in the bowl is just covered in sauce. The cucumber and avocado on the sides are very fresh and good however. The fish is perfect but i think that’s the only thing on the dish that should have that much sauce on it. Since the bowl is meant to be salad, it would have a much more refreshing feel if the salad and white rice wasn’t coated with sodium. With improvements on the construction of food, this restaurant could see a higher customer base. Short version: Too much sauce on the Poke Bowls. Outstanding service and atmosphere. Ramen is good if you’re into a smokey taste.”

“3/29/2024: They made it right. Recently went back and they refunded our meal and took extra care with our and we greatly appreciated that. Went again a second time about a week later, during lunch, and was very happy to see everything was prepped exactly right. Even included the utensils for each salad, which is pretty rare from my experience. Whoever was working between 11:30am-12:30pm on 3/29, y'all did awesome. Thank you. 2/28/2024: back again and unfortunately they messed up both orders. Greek salad was supposed to be tofu, and the Caesar was supposed to have buffalo chicken. It's frustrating how often this happens, but at least the receipt shows the correct order. Called them up and they very happily offered a refund which I appreciate. Will try again. 12/9/2023: I'm assuming it's weekend staff that are new and need more training because they forgot multiple things. They even mentioned we'd be upcharged for the extra sauce asked for, and yet that was forgotten. Had to ask for our drink multiple times when they thought they were done. And only 1 fork was given for 3 salads. Management train better. 8/11/2023 between 11:30-12:00pm: whoever is working this shift needs more training. They messed up orders, after repeating them, and took much longer than normal. Noticed two were just talking amongst themselves while someone else was handling the 3 food items. Mine specifically didn't have buffalo chicken (repeated for her multiple times), or any feta cheese.”

“Want to give this place a try and compare it to the other AYCE sushi by Home Depot and the 59. We had the lunch menu. The sushi was fresh, and the menu was extensive. Their sushi and hand rolls were great. Only down sides were 1) drinks are not included and 2) the sauces on their special rolls were too sweet. My friend had the roll, and I had a few pieces. Overall, Sapporo is a great place to go for lunch all you can eat sushi. The image is of their all you can eat sushi.”

“We were hesitant to stop here because there wasn’t anyone at the restaurant. Sometimes certain places have good ratings but the food isn’t as good as said in the reviews. Let me tell you, that these were some of the best Al pastor tacos we’ve had! We got the Al pastor mini tacos, the birria torta (so delicious), and the Jamaica water. The food was soooooo good!
