“Just had my first experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken and I was blown away! The “Not Chicken” was incredible. I got it extra spicy with cheese, and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I’m not usually crazy about cauliflower, but these were just downright incredible. Cauliflower was crispy, well seasoned, spicy, and had a great temperature. The sandwich was perfect with the pickles, slaw, and cheese. The fries were nice and crispy too, and perfect for the Dave’s sauce. Highly recommend for vegetarians”

“The staff was friendly. The service was great. The atmosphere was good, however the food left something to be desired. The fajita was way too salty for me. Also tried ground beef burrito and frankly I could have gone without the cilantro and onions. Overall the burrito was good but the cilantro and onions took away from the other flavors. The kids and the Mrs that it was good and they will probably go again. However I will not.”

“Let me start by saying the owner is AWESOME and very hands-on with his customers! I picked up an order for a customer, and woww it smelled so good, lol. Came back later on at night to try it out myself with my partner, and i wasn't disappointed! Wings had a nice flavor,although i prefer them crispy! Pizza crust is just how i usually like it,thin and can be folded! Perfect serving size for a medium for 2 people(around 8 slices but they are decent size). Atmosphere is super chill! Bar set up was my favorite, with the cushy booths i saw for us thick mammas LOl😌. Just stop in and try! UPDATE : 3-3-2024 EM served us BOMB drinks! Had me feeling lovely and finished ALL my drink!! Had the pretzel with beer cheese and house margarita!”

“Found another new Pho Spot in the area we had to try. Just be careful as it can be easily passed unseen. Head down Beamer Rd towards Astoria. Right before the intersection at Astoria it will be on the right in a little business strip. The broth was sweet and flavorful. Definitely worth a visit. Plenty of meat per serving to go along with it. Got to meet the owner and was very personable and passionate about his food. Can’t wait to go by to try some of their other dishes. Until next time.”

“First time trying this place will definitely come back!! Had the chance to talk with the new owners and they are super kind hearted and friendly!! I ordered the fajita enchiladas and trust were so flavorful and fulfilling the plate was left clean no crumbs 😌😋 I also tasted the quesabriria which surpassed all other quesabirrias I’ve ever tasted it’s a must try along with the fajita enchiladas!! Overall a calm family-friendly atmosphere perfect for a day out with the family! They did recently re-open with the new owners and they are doing fantastic in atmosphere and flavor great place for dining👍”

“Everything was pleasant. Once we walked in, someone greeted us and told us to pick out a seat. It was not busy at this time about 4pm Tuesday May 7th. Our 1st time here and we told our waiter that and he was so nice at explaining the menu but it was a little hard to understand exactly how it went as it was 3 different menus and full both sides. So you can pick out a Ramen bowl 🍜 what we got was the Garlic Lovers one (and honestly didnt taste any garlic) and you can add in things to it if you would like. We got Wagyu and Tempura Shrimp 🍤 The Shrimp was very nice. I was a little disappointed on the Wagyu, I have never had it and thought it was supposed to be tender 😕 tho I felt it was tough... I thought that you didn't need to cook it if it was going into a hot soup but there's was cooked so maybe that is why... not sure... also had no flavor alone. The soup had good flavor but thankfully they had this seasoning on the table to give it some spice and made it better. I would give the soup a 7 out of 10. We tried the scallop and bacon, you get 2 on 1 skewer. They were nor bad... the scallops seemed a little rubbery but not bad. Maybe a 4 out of 10. We also go quail eggs, you get 3 on a skewer and they were very good... yolk was soft and they were dusted with a spicy seasoning that was nice. 8 out of 10. I also love chicken gizzards so we ordered them. They honestly was the worst thing I've had in awhile. The taste was off and they were VERY tough to eat. Only ate one and had them throw away the rest. I let him know we did not like them for those reasons and he seemed a little put off that I said that they were really bad. 0 out of 10 We also got the pop stickers and those were really good!! Very nice dumplings and the inside flavor of the pork inside was very nice! The dipping sauce also went very well with them!! 10 out of 10!! The Sesame balls were soooo good!! Crispy outside, chewy and hot inside and sweet bean paste in the middle! 10 out of 10! Overall wasn't a horrible experience but now we know how to order and maybe look into something different to try because the Ramen wasn't bad... and we are looking forward to trying new things!”

“Great food! Some of the best beef I've had inside a burrito. A little dry, but I'd pick flavor over juice if necessary, and the filling was delicious. Rice and beans were good too. We also enjoyed the green enchiladas. Not the focus, but I want to mention that I really like the chips here. They're not the super thin chips most places have; they've got some heft to them. I may be in the minority here, but I prefer the thicker, substantial tortilla chips.”

“I walked into this restaurant on a Friday evening and it was quite busy. They were short on staff so it took a while to get my orders in or a refill on water. Luckily, the food came out good. The orange chicken was freshly fried and the batter was crispy. I could definitely taste the orange flavor in the dish since it was very strong. The rice was alright: a little bit on the hard side. The steamed dumplings were okay, though. The filling had a bit sourness to it which I didn't find appealing unless that's how they usually make it. The dough wrapping you could tell it was handmade. I have no complaints about the scallion pancakes.”

“As they were closing, I walked up and told the owner I was super hungry. He asked what I wanted. I told him to surprise me. He made me a blackened shrimp poboy and man was it delicious.
